The method includes: determining, by a terminal, at least one of an available relay or a suitable cell, when a radio link failure or a handover failure is detected by the terminal; and performing, by the terminal, a radio resource control (RRC) reestablishment or a handover procedure through the at least one of the available relay or the suitable cell to access a first cell, where the first cell includes a cell accessed by the available relay or the suitable cell.

Abstract: A configuration method and apparatus for Conditional Primary Secondary Cell Group Cell (PSCell) Change (CPC) in dual connectivity, a storage medium, a base station, and a terminal are provided. The method includes: for configuring the CPC for a User Equipment (UE), determining whether a configuration threshold has been received from a master base station, wherein the configuration threshold is a number threshold of CPCs configurable by a secondary base station; and determining a number of the CPCs configurable by the secondary base station based on the number threshold, in response to the configuration threshold having been received from the master base station, wherein the number of the CPCs configurable by the secondary base station is less than or equal to the configuration threshold.

Abstract: A method for receiving multicast service data is provided. The method includes the following. A terminal device transmits first indication information to a network device, where the first indication information indicates a target multicast service. The terminal device receives at least one downlink control information (DCI) transmitted by the network device, where the at least one DCI is used for scheduling the target multicast service. The terminal device restarts a bandwidth part (BWP) inactivity timer when the terminal device receives on a first BWP, according to the at least one DCI, data of the target multicast service transmitted by the network device.

Abstract: A method for data transmission of a multi-card UE is provided. The multi-card UE has at least a first subscriber identity module (SIM) card and a second SIM card, the first SIM card is in a connected status with a network. The method includes: determining a wireless operation demand of the second SIM card, and requesting a transmission time gap from the network according to the wireless operation demand, for enabling the second SIM card to execute a wireless operation in the transmission time gap. The method further includes generating a gap adjustment request according to the wireless operation executed by the second SIM card, and sending the gap adjustment request to the network, for enabling the network to adjust allocated transmission time gap according to the gap adjustment request.

Abstract: A data transmission method is provided by embodiments of the present disclosure. When a UE is in an idle state or an inactive state, if data which needs to be transmitted has been generated in the UE, the quantity of bits of the data to be transmitted in the UE is determined; then a target transmission mode corresponding to the quantity of bits is determined based on transmission configuration information; and the data to be transmitted is transmitted based on the target transmission mode; where the target transmission mode includes any one of the following modes: performing data transmission by the UE based on a random access procedure, performing data transmission by the UE based on a transmission resource pre-configured by a network device, or performing data transmission by the UE after transitioning to a connected state.

Abstract: A method including: determining whether the receiving terminal has received a second data packet when a first data packet in a plurality of data packets continuously sent by a sending terminal at an interval in a preset sending sequence is received, the second data packet comprises the data packet preceding the first data packet in the preset sending sequence; determining whether the second data packet is expired when the second data packet is not received; acquiring a consumption importance level of the second data packet when the second data packet is expired; and consuming the first data packet when the consumption importance level of the second data packet is a preset consumption importance level. Through the present disclosure, an application corresponding to the plurality of data packets is responded timely to avoid a delayed response to the applications. For example, the smoothness of the application is improved.

Abstract: The invention provides a method of and apparatus for controlling a ProSe service in a communication system. An eNB sends a first PLMN identifier, and carrier frequency information of another PLMN to indicate at least one carrier frequency at which a UE of the other PLMN can carry out the ProSe service, to a UE in a shared cell, and if the UE is in an idle state, then the UE reselects a cell or selects a PLMN; or if the UE is in a connected state, then the UE performs a handover procedure. If the handover procedure fails, then the UE releases an RRC connection to enter the idle states, or is DRX-configured and carries out the ProSe service in a DRX sleep time. With the solution of the invention, the UE can reselect or be handed over to the cell to carry out the ProSe service at the carrier frequency indicated by the carrier frequency information to thereby avoid the problem of an overload arising from too many ProSe services being carried out concurrently in the shared cell.

Abstract: Provided are a transmitting method and a transmitting device for uplink control information, a storage medium, and a user equipment. The transmitting method includes: receiving PUCCH resource assignment information sent from a network to determine a PUCCH format and assigned resource blocks; and resource mapping the uplink control information at least based on all frequency domain resources of the assigned resource blocks, if the determined PUCCH format is one that requires more than one physical resource block for resource transmission and a number of the assigned resource blocks is larger than that required for transmitting the uplink control information. With the technical solution provided in the present disclosure, when the uplink control information is transmitted in unlicensed spectrums in a PUCCH format requiring more than one physical resource block for resource transmission, the occupation ratio of the uplink power in unlicensed spectrums can be significantly improved.

The method for data transmission link maintenance includes: establishing a sidelink for transmitting vehicle-to-everything (V2X) service data, and performing communication between a first user equipment (UE) and a second UE over the sidelink; obtaining a first pathloss; obtaining a second pathloss; and maintaining a V2X transmission link when a relationship between the first pathloss and the second pathloss meets a trigger condition. The method is applied to a first terminal and includes: determining a plurality of second terminals as feedback receiving terminals, upon determining that feedback is required to be provided in a first time slot for first data sent by the plurality of second terminals; determining whether the first terminal supports simultaneous feedback; and determining, according to a service priority level upon determining that the first terminal does not support simultaneous feedback, a target terminal having the highest service priority level from the plurality of feedback receiving terminals, and sending, in the first time slot, feedback information to the target terminal having the highest service priority level.
