The new energy converter includes a conversion circuit and a controller, where an input end of the conversion circuit is configured to connect to a direct current source, and an output end of the conversion circuit is configured to connect to an alternating current system. After obtaining an active power at the output end of the conversion circuit, the controller converts a phase of the active power, to provide an inertia support characteristic in active power and frequency closed-loop control.
