    Abstract: A tire-monitoring device is arranged on a tire and includes a tire pressure sensor and a temperature sensor respectively sense tire pressure and temperature and respectively generate a tire pressure signal and a temperature signal received by a controller. When the controller determines that the tire pressure value continuously varies for a preset period or determines that a rising variation of the temperature value is larger than a preset variation, the controller generates a transmission control signal received by a wireless transmitter. The wireless transmitter transmits the tire pressure signal and the temperature signal to an external device, so as to display the tire pressure value and the temperature value. The present invention directly observes that the vehicle has started according to the continual variation of the tire pressure value and the variation of the temperature value and notifies the transmitter that the transmitter transmits the signal.

The signal conversion element is installed in the vehicle, receives the Bluetooth signal, undertakes data format conversion and converts the Bluetooth signal into an RF signal according to the model code of the vehicle and the data format required by an in-vehicle central control system, and transmits the RF signal to a wireless RF receiver of the in-vehicle central control system.

The noise reduction apparatus comprises a threshold value generating unit, a determining unit, and an adjusting unit. The threshold value generating unit generates a noise threshold value according to a target window and a first chrominance value and a second chrominance value of an input pixel of the image. The determining unit determines whether the input pixel needs to be adjusted according to the noise threshold value and pixel values of neighboring pixels of the input pixel. The adjusting unit adjusts the pixel value of the input pixel when the input pixel is determined as needing to be adjusted. Using the noise reduction apparatus of the present invention, not only noise of a digital image can be identified, but also the degradation caused by the noise can be reduced and thus the overall picture quality can be improved.
