    Abstract: The invention provides a Micro LED color display device which uses the second blue LED (B2) with a short wavelength to excite the green-color-conversion layer (G) to replace the green LED (P2) in the green sub-pixels, the second blue LED (B2) itself is more stable, the chromaticity of the green color is controlled by controlling the accuracy of the coating thickness of the green-color-conversion layer (G). The accuracy of the coating thickness is easily controlled than the specification of the green LED, hence, the chromaticity uniformity is better, the stability of the green color is easy to control, and the display quality is improved.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a flexible array substrate. The method includes, first, successively forming an adhesive layer, a passivation layer, a back-side drive circuit, a planarization layer, a flexible backing plate, and a front-side drive circuit and a display circuit, in a stacked arrangement, on a rigid support plate and then peeling off the rigid support plate and the adhesive layer to form a flexible array substrate having a double-sided circuit structure. The entirey process requires no steps of peeling, reversing, and then re-attaching of the flexible backing plate so that it is possible to avoid the issues of poor flatness and low yield resulting from improper or wrongful re-attachment of the flexible backing plate and thus, fabrication difficulty of a flexible array substrate having a double-sided circuit structure may be lowered down to thereby improve fabrication yield of the flexible array substrate.

The mask is employed to implement linear UV light irradiation to one sub region according to a certain irradiation angle to obtain a alignment direction of the one sub region, and then, the position of the mask and the certain irradiation angle of the irradiation are maintained to be unchanged. By rotating the pixel region 90° with three times, and the irradiation is implemented to the other three sub regions. Accordingly, the four sub regions have four alignment directions different from one another.

According to the disclosure, the light shielding ability density of the black matrix is improved and the optical density of the black matrix of is increased by adding the azo compound having the property of polarization. Also, the usage of light shielding material in the black matrix is decreased and resistance of the black matrix is increased.

The method of fabricating the PDLC of the present application forms the first solution by mixing the liquid crystal and the graphene nanoparticles; prepares the prepolymer by using the citric acid and the 1,8-octanediol, or the citric acid, the 1,8-octanediol and the 1,8-octanediol; forms the second solution by dissolving the prepolymer in the anhydrous ethanol; then obtains the mixture prepolymer of the polymer dispersed liquid crystal and the graphene nanoparticles by mixing and uniformly stirring the first solution and the second solution; and obtains the PDLC thin film after the mixture prepolymer is polymerized for several days.
