    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a PDLC display device and a PDLC display device. The method for manufacturing a PDLC display device according to the present invention provides a black matrix and a base plate that collectively delimit a plurality of pixel cavities and fills a mixture of PDLC and red QDs, a mixture of PDLC and green QDs, and PDLC respectively into the plurality of pixel cavities to form a PDLC substrate, which is laminated with an array substrate, and installed with a blue light backlight module, so as to form a PDLC display device. Light leakage and color mixture can be eliminated and processes related to alignment layers and polarizers can be saved to thereby increase the manufacturing efficiency and lower the manufacturing cost.

    Abstract: The invention provide a manufacturing method for producing conductive adhesive with spherical graphene, and the steps comprise as following: step 1: preparing monomer, initiator, a dispersing agent and solvent to manufacture a monomer compound, and use the monomer compound to produce polymer micro ball; step 2: heating pre-treatment or plasma etching pre-treatment to the said polymer micro ball; step 3: by chemical vapor deposition, the polymer micro ball after pre-treatment from step 2 to grow graphene outside surfaces or inside polymer micro ball, and then obtain the spherical graphene; step 4: producing epoxy gel system made by epoxy, hardener and accelerant with a certain ratio mixing homogeneously; step 5: dispersing the spherical graphene from step 3 into the epoxy gel system to produce pre-material of conductive adhesive of spherical graphene; Step 6: deforming the pre-material of conductive adhesive of spherical graphene, and then obtain conductive adhesive of spherical graphene.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a graphene/PEDOT:PSS solution and preparing a substrate having a graphene/PEDOT:PSS composite transparent conductive film of the disclosure use graphene and PEDOT:PSS solution for preparing a graphene/PEDOT:PSS solution used for preparing a transparent conductive film. The sources of the materials are wide and the cost is cheap. The graphene/PEDOT:PSS solution can be further used for preparing a graphene/PEDOT:PSS composite transparent conductive film on a substrate. Since a wet coating process, which is cheap and highly efficient, is used for preparing the graphene/PEDOT:PSS composite transparent conductive film, expensive PVD devices can be avoided when preparing ITO films and the cost is lowered. The graphene/PEDOT:PSS composite transparent conductive film prepared in the disclosure has high conductivity and transmittance, such that it can be used in CF substrates for replacing commercial used ITO films.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a polymer used for orientation film material and a method for preparing an orientation film. The polymer is formed by siloxane connecting with polyimide. The pre-tilt angle of liquid crystal molecules can be controlled within a wide range by controlling the content of siloxane in polymer, and the polymer has great heat resistance and mechanical properties. The method for preparing an orientation film of the disclosure comprises forming a precursor of orientation film by dissolving siloxane and precursor of polyimide (diamine monomer, dianhydride monomer) in a solvent, coating the precursor of orientation film on a substrate, and obtaining the orientation film after pre-solidifying and main-solidifying, the steps are simple and the prepared orientation film has a wide range of pre-tilt angle, such that the pre-tilt angle of liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal panels of the orientation film can be controlled within a wide range.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a color light-emitting element and a liquid crystal display. The color light-emitting element includes a photo-luminescent film formed of quantum dot materials and a reflection enhancement film and a transmission enhancement film respectively formed on two sides of the photo-luminescent film. When irradiated by backlighting, the photo-luminescent film emits red, green, and blue light and the reflection enhancement film and the transmission enhancement film condense the light emitting from the photo-luminescent film and concentrate and transmit out the light through the transmission enhancement film, whereby light can be utilized in a more efficient manner and utilization of backlighting is increased.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a photoresist composition and a method of preparing the same. The photoresist composition includes a color polymer that is obtained by dye molecules grafted to a polymer molecule through chemical bonds. The photoresist composition utilizes the color polymer to replace conventional pigments to preclude conventional problems of difficult to disperse pigments in the photoresist composition, poor contrast and brightness. Since the color polymer has brilliant color, high penetration, good thermal and light stabilities, so that the photoresist composition of the present invention has better color developing effect, preferred thermal and light stabilities. The present invention provides a method of preparing a photoresist composition which reduces components in the photoresist composition and simplifies preparation process of the photoresist composition, the photoresist composition obtained thereby has better color developing effect, also has preferred thermal and light stabilities.
