  • Patent number: 10968926
Abstract: A fluid pressure cylinder. A first stepped section having a greater diameter than a cylinder chamber is formed at one end of a cylinder tube constituting a fluid pressure cylinder. A disc-shaped head cover is inserted into the cylinder chamber. The one end is pressed and plastically deformed by a staking jig to form a deformed section, and the head cover is affixed within the first stepped section by the deformed section. As a result of this configuration, the head cover can be more firmly affixed while the sealing effect between the cylinder tube and the head cover is ensured. This eliminates need for a seal means and an engagement means which is used to affix the head cover, and consequently, the number of parts can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 10907536
Abstract: The driven rotation axis, the driving rotation axis, the ACT lever, the driving pin, the rod, the driven pin and the WGV lever constitute a linkage. In order to consider the instrumental error caused by the linkage configuration, a link ratio is defined by the equation (Link ratio=(Lwg/Lact)*(sin ?/sin ?), wherein Lwg is a length of the WGV lever, Lact is length of the ACT lever, ? is an angle formed by the WGV lever and the rod, and ? is an angle formed by the ACT lever and the rod). The current value input to the DC motor is corrected with a correction coefficient is a value obtained by dividing an actual link ratio by a target link ratio.

  • Patent number: 10846234
Abstract: A storage control system reads a data set from a storage apparatus if necessary in response to an I/O request. A data set contains data and an address. The storage control system performs an all-type address check which is a check to determine whether one of a first address and second address which correspond to a read-target data set in address translation information, which is information indicating a mapping relationship between one or more first addresses and one or more second addresses, matches the address among the data and address contained in the data set. The one or more first addresses are each an address which belongs to the first address type. The one or more second addresses are each an address which belongs to the second address type. The storage control system performs processing according to the I/O request when the result of the all-type address check is true.

  • Publication number: 20200211838
Abstract: A technique for obtaining good film quality in forming a silicon-oxide-containing insulating film as a coating film on a substrate. A coating liquid containing polysilazane is applied to a wafer, a solvent in the coating liquid is volatilized, and then the coating film is irradiated with ultraviolet rays under a nitrogen atmosphere before performing a curing process. Thus, dangling bonds are likely to be formed at hydrolyzed portions in polysilazane. Since dangling bonds are formed in advance at portions in silicon to be hydrolyzed, productivity of hydroxyl groups is enhanced. That is, since an energy required for hydrolysis is reduced, the number of the portions remaining without being hydrolyzed is reduced even when the curing process is performed at a low temperature. Therefore, dehydration synthesis occurs efficiently, which increases a crosslinking rate and makes it possible to form a dense (good film quality) insulating film.
