  • Patent number: 11796987
Abstract: Production past record information showing the execution time point of each step is accumulated for each product loaded in a production system. A supporting system calculates, for each step, a retention increase rate at each time point on the basis of the production past record information. The “retention increase rate” is an amount of increase in retention number per unit time. The supporting system displays a holistic chart for a production situation, which has a time axis and a step axis (axis perpendicular to the time axis and corresponding to steps). A display mode of each position in the holistic chart depends on whether a retention increase rate for the time point and step corresponding to the position is a negative value, zero, or a positive value, and a difference between the retention increase rate and a rate reference value (a reference value for the retention increase rate).

  • Patent number: 11593739
Abstract: Regardless of the production method applied, it is possible for a user to estimate a factor that causes trouble in one of the resources belonging to a resource type. A supporting system refers to management information indicating a production past record of the production system, and displays an overlay chart in which a diagram chart is relatively superimposed on a Gantt chart. The Gantt chart is a chart for a first resource type and has a resource axis and a time axis. The diagram chart is for a second resource type. In the overlay chart, a polygonal line connecting a plurality of points corresponding to a second resource, belonging to the second resource type, is on the Gantt chart, and each point is plotted at a position corresponding to an execution time of a step and a first resource, belonging to the first resource type, related to the step.

  • Patent number: 11367032
Abstract: As a plurality of resource types relating to production, there are two or more resource types including Money from among resource types of Man, Machine, Material, and Money. Execution past record information indicates, for each of one or more resource types other than Money and for each resource belonging to the resource type, a step performed on the resource and an execution time block of the step. Expense information indicates, for at least one of the above-mentioned one or more resource types and for each resource belonging to the resource type, an expense relating to the resource. The system displays a cost chart based on the result of the cost calculation process. The cost chart shows costs in management unit same as or different from those of the steps, and has a time axis and a management unit axis (axis perpendicular to the time axis).

  • Patent number: 9137158
Abstract: In an exemplary communication apparatus, an assignment module determines whether processing for a second packet assigned the flow ID associated with a received first packet is being executed. The assignment module determines a parallel processing module to execute processing for the first packet and a parameter to be included in a notice of assignment. The determined parallel processing module acquires a result of execution of the processing for the second packet from the computation table or the result of execution of the processing held in the parallel processing module according to the received notice of assignment. The determined parallel processing module executes the processing for the first packet using the result of execution of the processing for the second packet and the information included in the notice of assignment, and updates a computation table with a result of execution of the processing for the first packet.

  • Patent number: 8554075
Abstract: Switching process at the occurrence of a path trouble is performed more quickly to reduce the number of packet discards during a traffic transition from a currently used system path to a standby system path within a section to be protected. An OLT (210-W) refers to the DBA information of a PON section and, if receiving no CCM frame at a timing at which the same should be received, then determines that some trouble has occurred on the path (S801) and transmits, to an OAM-compliant NE (200-Z), an application-for-switching frame (1501) to notify the OAM-compliant NE (200-Z) of the abnormal condition. The OAM-compliant NE (200-Z) monitors the occurrence of the trouble within the PON section nearly in real time, starts a switching process (S802) and generates and transmits a standby-system delivery request (321) (S302, S803). An OAM-compliant NE (200-A) switches the communication path to the standby-system passing through an OLT (210-P).

  • Patent number: 8532491
Abstract: A passive optical network system such that the power consumption can be reduced as much as possible according to the end-user traffic. An OLT uses the DBA function thereof and sequentially uses frequencies in ascending order of transmission rate in order to sequentially allocate bands to ONUs in ascending order of the requested bandwidth. At this time, a frequency to be allocated is selected so that the bandwidth allocated to each ONU is narrower than a maximum bandwidth through which transmission using the allocated wavelength is enabled. An OLT uses a grant area to specify the transmission timing of the secondary station and to inform the specified transmission timing to the secondary station. In addition, an area is set for storing information used to inform the secondary station of a new frequency to be used.

  • Patent number: 8467684
Abstract: In a light reception element such as an APD (Avalanche Photo Diode) used for receiving a high-speed and weak optical signal, it is possible to prevent the phenomenon of distortion of a signal inputted after a large-level light is received. A PON (Passive Optical Network) system includes an OLT (Optical Line Terminal) which can impartially and effectively transmit light reception data to each ONU (Optical Network Unit). According to a light reception amplitude received by each ONU, an inter-frame gap of an appropriate length is assigned for each ONU. The OLT includes a unit for measuring and accumulating the reception light amplitude and data on the inter-frame gap of an appropriate length decided in advance according to the characteristic of the light reception device and generates a grant value for assuring an inter-frame gap of an appropriate length by using the both information.
