A controller of the communication device is configured to control transmission of data using either one frequency band of communication on the first frequency band or communication on the second frequency band on the basis of information regarding a resource on the second frequency band transmitted from a first communication device. The present inventors have found that the organic compound is a significantly effective skeleton as a luminophor of a light-emitting element. The organic compound has high emission efficiency and exhibits favorable blue light emission; thus, a light-emitting element using the organic compound can be a blue light-emitting element with high emission efficiency.
