  • Publication number: 20010001345
Abstract: A wire harness is made up of a plurality of partial harnesses. Each of the partial harnesses is arranged such that opposite end portions of a plurality of electric wires having terminals at ends thereof are retained in advance in U-shapes with predetermined intervals provided so as to correspond to a plurality of connectors into which the terminals are inserted, by a plurality of wire clamps juxtaposed at equal pitches on a wire clamping bar. The terminals at the ends of the plurality of electric wires in each of the partial harnesses are inserted into terminal accommodating chambers of predetermined connectors selected from the plurality of connectors, thereby aggregating the partial harnesses into a combined unit.

  • Patent number: 6086458
Abstract: A plurality of centering parts 13 corresponding to drill diameters are disposed in a drill centering tool 3 and the drill centering tool 3 is supported at the side of a drill polishing machine 1. A drill 2 to be polished can be easily and accurately centered in the centering part 13 of the drill centering tool 3. In particular, the drill 2 is centered by fitting the front end portion of the spiral drill groove 14 of the drill 2 to a centering pawl 15 of the drill centering tool 3, chucking the centered drill 2 in a drill chuck 4 of the drill polishing machine 1, and polishing by fitting the cutting edge 5 to be polished at the front end of the drill 2 to the polishing surface of a grinder. Even if the drill diameters are different, drills to be polished can be easily centered and polished.

  • Patent number: 5727312
Abstract: A method of inserting terminal in which a problem that time for search varies with relative position between the wires and the connector is eliminated, and the position of the connector housing can flexibly be determined. The method of inserting terminal according to the present invention comprises the steps of: correcting a relative position of a terminal insertion head against a connector housing while two positions on front end portion on an engagement side of the connector housing being image-processed by a television camera; and inserting a terminal with wire from a rear portion of the connector housing by using the terminal insertion head.

  • Patent number: 4963214
Abstract: In production of a planar wooden decorative article used for surface covering of furnitures and home interior decorations, a resin prepregnated sheet is prepared by impregnating a material sheet with hardenable resin solution and plurality of resin prepregnated sheets are combined with small wooden pieces to form a laminated composite which is then hardened by heating under pressure. The product has a rich woody impression due to inclusion of the small wooden pieces predominant in the surface region and high toughness coming from the laminated construction.
