    Abstract: A test method for a variable speed limit (VSL) strategy in a mixed traffic flow considering driver compliance is provided. A road scenario is built, and multiple mixed traffic flows formed by human-driven vehicles (HDVs) and connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) are set, which vary in CAV penetration rate. The VSL strategy is established, and a speed limit of an upstream of the bottleneck area is calculated based on the VSL strategy. A HDV compliance is established, and in combination with the speed limit, the HDV drivers are classified, and a proportion of the HDV drivers in individual types in the road scenario is determined. Based on a traffic flow scenario in which the HDV drivers and CAV drivers are located, indicator data reflecting traffic capacity is calculated. A test system for performing the test method is further provided.

    Abstract: A method for cultivating a Tung tree seedling through hypocotyle grafting includes selection of a sand storage time of a rootstock (Vernicia montana Lour.) seed, seedbed construction, scion collection, scion cutting, rootstock cutting, bandaging, transplantation and management, and the like. A grafted plant obtained by a traditional grafting method (bud grafting) for Tung tree is easy to break at a grafting interface; and when the stem grafting is conducted, because a scion is thick, a rootstock for grafting must be cultivated one year in advance. These grafting methods have production problems such as long cycle and high cost, which can be solved by the present disclosure. The present disclosure has a short rootstock cultivation time, simple grafting operations, a high grafting efficiency, and a high survival rate, greatly shortens a cycle of asexual propagation-based seedling cultivation for Tung tree.

    Abstract: A control method of mixed traffic flow on freeway ramp based on controllable connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs) is provided. A ramp is divided into a normal driving section, a vehicle platoon formation section and an accelerating and merging section. A vehicle platoon is formed by a leading CAV and human-driven vehicles (HDVs). Time interval [tmin, tmax] for the vehicle platoon to completely reach the merging point S is calculated. CAVs on the main lane and ramp are cooperatively controlled, and a merging gap is reserved for the ramp vehicle platoon. The vehicle platoon is allowed to accelerate and merge into the main lane. By means of the Internet-of-Vehicle (IoV) technology, the traffic situation on the main lane and downstream merging zone can be obtained in advance, and speeds of the CAVs are cooperatively controlled to lead the ramp vehicles to safely merge into the main lane.

    Abstract: The invention provides a Siniperca chuatsi IL-6 gene and a detection method for a disease-resistant SNP marker. A cDNA sequence of S. chuatsi IL-6 gene is cloned, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. A IL-6 gene gDNA sequence containing an intron of the S. chuatsi IL-6 gene is cloned, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. A primer for amplifying a disease-resistant SNP locus is designed according to IL-6 gDNA sequence, and S. chuatsi IL-6 gene is amplified to obtain an amplification product which is sequenced, and the SNPs loci relevant to virus disease-resistance are found out and the SNP locus is determined according to DNA peak profile. The IL-6 cDNA full-length sequence and IL-6 gDNA full-length sequence are cloned firstly. The SNP locus relevant to virus disease resistance of S. chuatsi IL-6 gene is detected, thereby providing a new method for breeding of S. chuatsi.

The present invention emits lasers with a plurality of wavelengths into the atmosphere simultaneously to alternately excite an organic matter in atmospheric particulate matters and obtain a fluorescence spectrum. The lasers with different wavelengths can excite the same organic matter to obtain different spectra.
