    Abstract: A lens refractive index detection device is disclosed which has a light source module, a lens center physical thickness detection module and a lens center optical thickness detection module. The light source module includes a first light source component and a second light source component for outputting a collimated light beam, a first light combining component, and a focusing component. The lens center physical thickness detection module includes a first imaging component and a second imaging component. The lens center optical thickness detection module includes a first photodetection component and a second photodetection component, a beam splitting component, a partial reflection mirror, and a movable reflection mirror. The lens refractive index detection device enables simple operation, fast and non-destructive on-line detection, and is also applicable to lenses with irregular surfaces, such as aspherical lenses, cylindrical lenses, and finished lenses.

    Abstract: A tire building method comprises the following steps: step 1, manufacturing a first carcass assembly on a carcass drum, and transferring the first carcass assembly to a building drum through a first carcass transfer device; step 2, manufacturing a second carcass assembly on a belt drum, and transferring the second carcass assembly to the building drum through a second carcass transfer device; step 3, respectively driving a first chuck seat and a second chuck seat to move oppositely by a first nut and a second nut; step 4, sleeving the second carcass assembly on the supported first carcass assembly, and fitting the two carcass assemblies together and rolling the same to form a third carcass assembly; step 5, winding a tread to the outer surface of the third carcass assembly to form a fourth carcass assembly; and step 6, dismounting the fourth carcass assembly from the building drum.

    Abstract: An alkali earth aluminate-silicate photoluminescent pigment which is activated by rare-earth elements according to the invention has excellent luminescent properties such as high initial intensity and long afterglow time. The pigment may readily be used in the manufacture of luminescent plastics; rubbers, coatings and ceramic glazes because it appears neutral in aqueous medium and the sinters are easily crushed into powder. The pigment has the composition formula of MO.aAl2O3bSiO2cL:fX, in which MO is represented by at least one oxide selected from alkali earth metals such as SrO, CaO and MgO; L is a mineraliser selected from minerals, X is an activator selected from rare-earth elements; and a, b, c and f are variable factors having values in mole. The pigment is produced by firing selected ingredient materials in a controlled environment of a reducing atmosphere, filled with selected gases or elements, at a temperature of 1200-1450° C.
