    Abstract: A staged cementing device includes a cylindrical body having an inner chamber. A circulating opening and a liquid inlet recess open to the inner chamber are arranged on a wall of the body. An opening assembly is arranged in the body, which has an opening sleeve and an opening seat located in the opening sleeve. Initially the opening sleeve is connected with the body through a first shear pin and covers the circulating opening, and the opening seat is connected with the opening sleeve through a second shear pin and covers the liquid inlet recess. A packer includes a packing valve body and a packer rubber. The packing valve body includes a flow channel in communication with the liquid inlet recess, and the packer rubber includes a liquid reservoir in communication with the flow channel. The second shear pin is sheared off in response to primary cementing procedure.

    Abstract: A polymer battery separator with an interpenetrating network structure and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. A multilayer microporous separator includes a PVDF layer, and a PE-PVDF porous substrate located on a surface of the PVDF layer. Finger-like through holes with a pore size of 100-150 nm are distributed in the PVDF finger-like pore layer. An interpenetrating network structure with a pore size of 50-100 nm is distributed on an interface between the PVDF finger-like pore layer and the PE microporous layer. Micropores with a pore size of 20-50 nm are distributed in the PE microporous layer. The surface of the PVDF layer is covered with the PE-PVDF porous substrate, so that the multilayer microporous separator forms an interpenetrating network structure, which has improved thermal stability and high-temperature resistance.

The computing accelerator includes a polynomial multiplying unit, a coefficient extraction unit, and ciphertext wrapping unit. The polynomial multiplication unit multiplies a first input polynomial with a second input polynomial to generate an intermediate polynomial. The coefficient extraction unit converts the intermediate polynomial into a target polynomial according to a target coefficient in the intermediate polynomial. The ciphertext wrapping unit generates an output polynomial according to at least the target polynomial.
