Abstract: Disclosed is a heat exchange tube of waste heat boiler, which includes a tube body. The outer surface of the tube body is sprayed with a layer of anti-corrosion coating. The components of the anti-corrosion coating are Al2O3, CaAl2O4 and Ca3(PO4)2. On the surface of nano anti-corrosion coating, HF reacts with Al2O3, CaAl2O4 and Ca3(PO4)2 to form AlF3 and Ca5(PO4)3F, which are tightly wrapped on the surface of the coating, thereby effectively preventing HF from corroding the interior of the coating and the heat exchange tube. Meanwhile, due to the anti-corrosion coating with the specific composition of the present disclosure, the heat exchange tube of the present disclosure can be resistant to fluorine corrosion at a high temperature of 600° C. or more, and can be used at a rather high temperature of 1000° C. or more.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a mold for preparing large-size rare earth magnesium alloy ingot without tail shrinkage by back pressure severe plastic deformation, which includes a male mold, a female mold, a recoverable discard block and a back pressure plate connected with a pushing cylinder of the press machine. The female mold is provided with an upper mold cavity and a lower mold cavity, an upper part of the upper mold cavity is configured for placing blanks, the recoverable discard block and the male mold, and a lower part of the upper mold cavity is inclined inward to form an extrusion deformation area. The recoverable discard block is configured to be filled in an extrusion deformation area and restored through deformation. The present disclosure can solve the existence of the discard in the traditional forward extrusion and the tail shrinking phenomenon caused by the uneven metal flow.

The radio signal including an ultra-wideband Gaussian pulse modulated on a radio-frequency carrier. The processor further configured to transmit the radio signal using the transmitter circuitry, receive one or more backscattered signals at the receiver circuitry, demodulate the one or more backscattered signals to generate one or more baseband signals, and generate a set of data frames based on the one or more baseband signals.

The circuit comprises: a pixel splicing module, to sequentially receive each group of pixel data in each frame of image data in input video data, to perform pixel splicing on the received pixel data, and to output spliced pixel data; a data conversion module, to perform data processing on the spliced pixel data to convert each frame of image data into first image data representing a first part of the corresponding frame of image and second image data representing a second part of the corresponding frame of image. The first part at least comprises a left half part of the frame of image, the second part at least comprises a right half part of the frame of image. Data throughput requirements can be met while dynamic contrast and sharpening processing is performed.
