    Abstract: Systems and methods for managing an in-person transaction process are provided. In example embodiments, a network system receives, from a first user device, information regarding a service or an item. Using the received information, the network system generates an unpublished listing and associates the unpublished listing with a session identifier. The unpublished listing is temporarily stored to a datastore. The network system then generates a scannable code that provides a uniform resource identifier (URI) associated with the session identifier. The scannable code is presented on the first user device, whereby the scannable code can be scanned by a second user device to access, via the URI, a transaction user interface associated with the session identifier. In response to a request to access the transaction user interface triggered by the second user device scanning the scannable code, the transaction user interface is displayed on the second user device.

The composition generally comprises a quantity of fibers and a quantity of swellable particles, which may be dispersed in a carrier fluid. The composition may be synthesized in the form of a bulk gel or may be gelatinated during use. The fibers in the compositions provide improved performance as compared to prior PPG and RPPG particle-containing compositions. Specifically, the compositions reinforce the re-cross-linked/re-associated hydrogel plug in underground features and support proper rehydration of RPPG particles with water or brine to better to provide structural support for the particles within the gel and to more completely fill underground void space conduits.

    Abstract: An efficient virus based wet biomass lipid extraction system is disclosed herein. The system includes a microalgal biomass which is inoculated with a matched algal virus. The biomass is then incubated under conditions resulting in the algal virus infecting the algae cells and proliferating to the point that the algae cells are disrupted. This releases lipids such that they may be collected by conventional techniques, including solvent extraction. In an exemplary embodiment, the microalgal biomass comprises Chlorella sp, and the virus was Chlorovirus Paramecium bursaria Chlorella virus (PBCV-1).

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for determining quantitative chemical exchange or exchangeable proton information from a region-of-interest in a subject. The methods and systems use adaptive fitting to quantify magnetic resonance (MR) data, such as chemical exchange saturation transfer magnetic resonance imaging (CEST MRI) images, using initial values based on, for example, Lorentzian fitting. Images are iteratively less downsampled until quantitative maps of desired resolution are obtained. Such an approach allows for reliable fitting at a faster fitting speed, and is less susceptible to suboptimal signal to noise (SNR) than conventional methods.
