    Abstract: Provided for the first time in the present invention is a method for preparing a non-human primate somatic cell cloned animal, which method specifically comprises the steps of: (i) providing a reconstructed egg, wherein the egg comes from the non-human primate (ii) activating the reconstructed egg to form an activated reconstructed egg or activated reconstructed embryo formed by the reconstructed egg; (iii) reprogramming (a) the activated reconstructed egg or (b) embryonic cells of the activated reconstructed embryo to obtain a reprogrammed reconstructed egg or reprogrammed reconstructed embryo; and (iv) regenerating the reprogrammed reconstructed egg or reprogrammed reconstructed embryo to obtain the non-human primate somatic cell cloned animal. The method of the present invention can significantly improve the developmental capacity of nucleus-transplanted embryos in non-human primates (such as monkeys).

    Abstract: Disclosed is a molecular imaging method for evaluating liver regeneration ability after ALPPS. The method includes steps of: 1) preparing a VX2 rabbit liver cancer model; 2) performing ALPPS for the VX2 rabbit liver cancer model; 3) synthesizing 18F-Fluoromethylcholine (18F-Methylcholine, 18F-FCH); 4) PET/CT imaging and data processing for 18F-FCH. The disclosure is the first to propose the use of 18F-FCH PET/CT to monitor the proliferative capacity of residual liver, and further indirectly reflect the increased ability of cell membrane synthesis on the basis that 18F-FCH has higher choline metabolism in residual liver tissue, so that the liver regeneration ability after ALPPS is evaluated by the molecular imaging method, thereby providing important new ideas for the clinical selection of ALPPS to choose the best time for second-stage surgery.

A vibration signal of a preset component of the 3D printing equipment is collected by a vibration sensor. The collected vibration signal of each preset component is converted from an analog signal to a digital signal and the spectrum characteristics are extracted. Based on the spectrum characteristics of each preset component, the operation state type of the preset component is obtained by a comparative analysis model. The knowledge base module is configured to store newly added samples and initial samples of the 3D printing equipment. The initial samples include spectrum characteristic information and corresponding fault category of known faults, and the newly added samples include spectrum characteristic information and corresponding fault category of new faults.
