Abstract: A paramyxovirus vaccine strain for novel coronavirus pneumonia and a construction method thereof are provided. The method includes performing a recombination of N and F genes of Newcastle disease virus type VII of Paramyxoviridae with P, M, H, L genes of Canine distemper virus of Paramyxoviridae to obtain a recombinant virus, inserting S1 gene of the novel coronavirus between the P and M genes of the recombinant virus to obtain a recombinant vector. The vaccine strain constructed can stably and efficiently express the novel coronavirus S1 protein, and induce the body to produce antibodies; and the recombined virus vaccine strain can stimulate the human body to produce mucosal immunity, and the prepared vaccine can be vaccinated through a nasal spray. Moreover, the vaccine strain can be tested in poultry and dogs, saving time, reducing costs, and being more conducive to actual production due to large output.

The described root pair selection methods for two-root physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble can enable the peak differences received at the UE from different frequency offsets (FOs) to be disjointed even considering error in UE side. The selection techniques can improve the performance of PRACH FO and time offset (TO) estimation.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a channel type planar waveguide amplifier and a channel type planar waveguide amplifier. The method is to pattern the channel structures on the surface of the optical substrate, and then seal them together with rare earth doped chalcogenide glass into the quartz tube, and finally the channel-type waveguide structure is directly created via the melt-quenching method to achieve high quality planar waveguide amplifier. Excellent side wall roughness can be assured since the present invention does not have any direct etching of rare earth ions. Chemical composition and the activity of the rare earth ions can be maintained since the whole process is not involved in any decomposition of the glass into atoms, ions or clusters as that occurs during the fabrication process of the films deposited by the traditional methods like thermal evaporation and magnetron sputtering.

Abstract: A method for systematically controlling rapid proliferation of cyanobacteria cells in lakes in spring is described. The method applies physical, biological and chemical methods in an integrated and synergistic manner and includes using flexible enclosures to close a control water area and using modified soil to adsorb and settle algal cells; coupling four technologies including algae control by fish, algae control by biological floating islands, algae inhibition by plants and algae control by microorganisms; and using H2O2 to kW algae and using 40% FeCl3+CaCO3 and 50% Ca(NO3)2 to treat sediment. The method establishes a complete system for physical, chemical and biological control of algae, forms joint control of exogenous contaminants, endogenous contaminants and cyanobacteria, integrates physical, biological and chemical methods and optimizes systematic methods that are used synergistically.

In one embodiment, the system and method are configured to receive, from a wireless communication node, a message indicating a first sequence configuration including a set of predefined parameters and a second sequence configuration including a plurality of sets of parameters; generate a first part of a random access preamble based on the set of predefined parameters; generate a second part of the random access preamble based on selecting one of the plurality of sets of parameters; and transmit the random access preamble to the wireless communication node, wherein the first part is configured to be used by the wireless communication node to locate the second part in a time domain.
