    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for distributing digital contents to client devices are described. The system obtains, for each user in a set of users, user attribute data and, for a subset of the users, consent data for controlling usage of the user attribute data. The system partitions, based at least on the consent data for the subset of users, the set of users into a first group of users and a second group of users. The system generates a respective training dataset based on the data for each group of user, and uses the datasets to train a machine learning model configured to predict information about one or more users. In particular, the system applies differential privacy to the second training dataset without applying differential privacy to the first training dataset during training.

    Abstract: A method of constructing a digital twin physical field of a computer numerical control machine tool with double order reduction is provided. A physical field finite element simulation sample data set in a working state sampling space has an order preliminarily reduced to sparse grid node data via an improved K Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm, so that the number of point sets is kept within the real-time rendering capability range of graphic rendering software. A digital twin physical field proxy model is trained using a radial basis function (RBF) to realize reconstruction of the physical field. The proxy model is iteratively optimized using a genetic algorithm to solve the problem of deviation between a proxy physical field model and a real physical model. Finally, the proxy model is deployed to a digital twin system, and the physical field distribution is solved in real time.

    Abstract: A facial expression-based detection method for deepfake by generative artificial intelligence (AI) constructs an AIR-Face facial dataset for generative AI-created face detection training, and uses an untrained information feature space for real and fake classification. Nearest linear detection is performed in this space to significantly improve the generalization ability of detecting fake images, especially those created by new methods such as diffusion models or autoregressive models. The detection method improves the performance of extracting features of generative AI-created faces through phased trainings, and detects generative AI-created faces through the feature space. Compared with other methods, the detection method scientifically and effectively improves the accuracy of generative AI-created face recognition, and fully mines the potential semantic information of generative AI-created faces through phased trainings.
