The multi-link device can establish multiple wide area network (WAN) connections with multiple base stations. The multi-link device has multiple sets of antennas, and each WAN connection is associated with at least one of the multiple sets of antennas. The multi-link device also has a local area network (LAN) interface that is capable of establishing a plurality of LAN connections. The multi-link device can determine which of the WAN connections has a highest uplink bandwidth or a lowest uplink bandwidth. In some embodiments, the multi-link device ranks each of the WAN connections based on uplink bandwidth. Further, the multi-link device can transmit various sets of data (e.g., video data, image data, audio data, location data) to the multiple base stations via the WAN connections that are concurrently active.

The impact features are learnable, and are selected from impact-feature candidates comprising directional change- (DC-based) features each indicating occurrence of DC events in a corresponding raw feature. Including the DC-based features in the candidates enhances the ANN's ability of capturing significant change patterns of water quality due to extreme/unexpected events. The ANN architecture is also configurable according to model hyperparameters, which are learnable.

Further, the depth measurement is determined based on one or more radio frequency receivers receiving radio frequency data based on the one or more radio frequencies reflecting or refracting from the entity. The determined depth measurement is transmitted over a wireless telecommunications network for generating the three-dimensional entity. The radio frequency data may be transmitted over the wireless telecommunications network.

A reference video stream is encoded along with the live action video streams, and the video decoder node compares the decoded reference video stream with a local copy to determine video quality. The video decoder node provides video encoding parameter feedback for adjusting the encoding and/or provides cellular network feedback for adjusting a transmission parameter for data traffic through the cellular network (from the video encoder node to the video decoder node). Solutions are disclosed for implementation at the video encoder, at the video decoder, and within the cellular network. For example, different compression codecs may be specified, and bit rates, frame, rates, key frame intervals, and/or bit depth may be automatically (immediately) adjusted without requiring human intervention.
