The two-component coating composition comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises an aqueous hydroxyl-containing polyacrylic dispersion, the component B comprises a polyether-modified polyisocyanate, wherein the composition has a molar ratio of isocyanate groups and hydroxyl groups of 1.2:1 to 2:1; wherein the aqueous hydroxyl-containing polyacrylic dispersion has a hydroxyl content of greater than 2% by weight, relative to the total weight of solids of the aqueous hydroxyl-containing polyacrylic dispersion, and wherein the aqueous hydroxyl-containing polyacrylic dispersion has a weight-average molecular weight of not higher than 450000. The two-component coating composition provided by the present invention has a matte effect and is easy to clean.
