Abstract: An exemplary LCD panel mounting apparatus includes a bracket, a pair of frames, and a pair of actuators. The bracket includes a flange defining a pair of slots therein. The frames are slidably attached to the bracket in a first direction and each includes a first sliding member defining a pair of notches therein along the first direction. The actuators are slidably attached to the bracket in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and each includes a post selectively engaging in one of the notches of the frames, and a handling tab extending through the corresponding slot of the bracket. The frames each include a pair of seats defining threaded holes therein to fix different size LCD panels thereon.

Abstract: A latch mechanism is provided to lock a cover unit to a base unit, which includes a latching member for being slidably installed in the cover unit and a button for being rotatably fixed to the cover unit. The latching member includes a main body and a hook extending from the main body for engaging with the base unit. The button includes a driving surface operatively engagable with the main body of the latching member for cooperatively transforming rotating movement of the button into linear movement of the latching member thereby disengaging the hook from the base unit.

Abstract: A supporting bracket assembly for supporting a base unit of a portable computer includes a base, a supporting bracket, a locking member, and an operation portion. The supporting bracket is pivotably engaged with the base. The supporting bracket includes a supporting arm with a locking ring. A plurality of locking holes is defined in the locking ring. The locking member is slidably arranged in the base. The locking member includes a positioning post. The positioning post is selectively inserted in one of the locking holes of the supporting arm to lock the supporting bracket. The operation portion is connected with the locking member, and the locking member is driven by the operation portion to slide for locking or unlocking the supporting bracket.

A latch member is movable along the slideway. The mounting apparatus includes a restricting portion arranged in the computer enclosure, a locking portion movably disposed in the restricting portion, a resilient element disposed between the locking portion and the restricting portion, and a resilient pushing portion disposed between the data storage device and the restricting portion. The locking member drives the locking portion to deform the resilient element, and then engages with the locking portion. When the locking member disengages from the locking portion, the resilient pushing portion drives the data storage device outwardly.

A plurality of chambers (18) is defined in a bottom wall (122) of the socket for accommodating the resilient tabs. The first tips engage in the locking slots of the socket. The second tips engagingly with the blocks of the cantilevers. The resilient tabs engage with a bottom of the keyboard.

This is not ideal as the combination of these two criteria means that only a small fraction of the handsets that support WI-FI can make such VoIP calls and only when the users are within a hot spot. The present invention eliminates these limitations and enables voices to be transmitted from the mobile data network directly into a mobile phone whenever and wherever there is mobile phone dial tone.
