    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses methods for transmitting and storing downlink data, a base station, and a terminal. In this solution, each time when a base station transmits downlink data, bits are selected in such a way that a length and a start point of a sequence that a terminal of any terminal category expects to receive in initial transmission (or retransmission) of a code block are the same as a length and a start point of a sequence that a transmit end determines to transmit for the same code block, so that the terminal can perform reliable decoding. Therefore, a disadvantage is avoided that the terminal cannot correctly perform storing and further cannot correctly perform decoding each time when the terminal stores a retransmitted code block for a same code block, and decoding accuracy of the terminal is improved.

The scheduling information further includes quickly varying control information. A UE serving as a sender in the UEs performing the direct communication transmits the quickly varying control information in the scheduling information dynamically or semi-dynamically to a UE serving as a receiver in the UEs performing the direct communication.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for enhanced transmission of control information, user equipment, a base station, and a communications system. The method includes: determining a first parameter for enhanced transmission of control information. Between a base station and UE, a kth subframe after a last subframe in enhanced transmission of control information may be preset as a start subframe in enhanced transmission of a PDSCH, a jth subframe after the last subframe in enhanced transmission of the control information may be preset as a start subframe in enhanced transmission of a PUSCH, and a start subframe in enhanced transmission of the control information is preset, where the subframes may also be radio frames. Therefore, the user equipment can accurately determine the last subframe and/or radio frame occupied by the control information, thereby ensuring performance of the PDSCH or PUSCH.
