Initially, atomic types are classified by creating a fingerprint for each atom in the molecular force field, followed by classification using a machine learning clustering method. This one-to-one correspondence between atomic fingerprint and atoms enables the identification of different atomic types. The fitting of the potential energy function employs the BFT (Bayesian field theory) to model atomic ensembles, resulting in a Boltzmann probability distribution for all atoms. Subsequently, a fitting process derives potential energy function parameters from the relationship between probability and energy in the Boltzmann formula.
