  • Publication number: 20070022351
Abstract: In one embodiment, the execution of instructions causes a machine to: 1) display an automated test equipment (ATE) test template selection tool; 2) upon user selection of a test template from the ATE test template selection tool, display default parameters of the selected test template; and 3) provide user access to a tool that enables a user to configure at least one hardware resource specified by the test template. In another embodiment, the execution of instructions causes a machine to A) display a tool that enables a user to configure at least one hardware resource specified by a test template for ATE; and B) upon a user's use of the tool to select a hardware resource, enable the user to configure the selected hardware resource.

  • Publication number: 20070006038
Abstract: In one embodiment, a computer program is provided with code to display a hierarchical test development tree within a GUI of an automated test development environment. The tree has a node to which device branches corresponding to DUTs are added. The computer program is also provided with code to automatically associate a pin configuration branch and a test setups branch with each device branch; and code to, in response to user interaction with branches of the tree, display a number of windows for specifying the DUTs and their test setups. Other embodiments are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20060236167
Abstract: In one embodiment, a selection of plural testflows is first obtained. Each testflow specifies how automated test equipment (ATE) should test at least one device. Calibration information is then identified for each of the testflows, and redundancies in the identified calibration information are eliminated to compile a set of non-redundant information for performing a focused calibration over the ATE and selected testflows.

  • Publication number: 20060176048
Abstract: In one embodiment, a request to perform a calibration process for automated test equipment (ATE) is received. The request is associated with one or more test setups. After receiving the request, a number of calibration padding points based on the test setups are identified. Calibration data is then generated for both the test setups and the calibration padding points. In another embodiment, a request to perform one or more calibrated test procedures using ATE is received, and in conjunction with performing at least one of the calibrated test procedures, calibration data is derived from existing calibration data.

  • Publication number: 20060161368
Abstract: In one embodiment, a request to perform a calibration process for automated test equipment (ATE) is received. The request is associated with a calibration parameter set. After receiving the request, one or more signatures for calibration data corresponding to the calibration parameter set are derived, and a determination is made as to whether calibration data corresponding to the signature(s) has already been generated. Thereafter, an incremental set of calibration data is generated, with the generated calibration data i) corresponding to the signature(s), but ii) not having already been generated. In another embodiment, a request to perform a calibration process for ATE is received, and the request is associated with specified test setups. An incremental set of calibration data corresponding to the specified test setups is then generated.

  • Patent number: 7050922
Abstract: In a test order optimization method, a pass probability and resource requirement are identified for each of a plurality of tests. A pass-weighted resource requirement factor is then generated for each of the tests in accord with the test's pass probability and resource requirement. Thereafter, the tests are ordered to be executed in accord with their pass-weighted resource requirement factors.

  • Publication number: 20060039950
Abstract: A polymeric coating is adapted to substantially eliminate thrombus formation when in contact with blood. The polymeric coating includes a first polymeric layer and a second polymeric layer. Interposed between the first and second polymeric layers is a polymeric matrix layer doped with at least one of a nitric oxide donor and a nitric oxide generator. The nitric oxide donor and/or the nitric oxide generator are capable of releasing or generating NO. A bioactive agent is either immobilized to the surface of the second polymeric layer or is incorporated into the polymeric matrix layer.
