The transition probes are added to the spray liquids as tracers. After spraying, the transition probes specifically bind to the immobilized probes on the detection membranes. The biotinylated chromogenic probes bind to the transition probes through hybridization. After the chromogenic treatment, the droplet volume is determined according to the color depth, and the spray deposition parameters of droplets are determined according to the location and size of colored spots.
