Abstract: A system, a computer program product, and method for automatic state adjustment in reinforcement learning is described. The method begins with operating a reinforcement learning model using a state-action table with a set of environment states, a set of software agent states of at least one software agent, a set of actions corresponding to the set of environmental states and software agent states, a plurality of policies of transitioning from the environmental states and software agent states to actions, rules that determine a scalar immediate reward based on the transitioning, and rules that describe what the at least one software agent observes. An unstable state is identified from a series of values of the set of actions in the state-action table in which the series of values differ from each other by a settable threshold. Policies or factors are selected to split the unstable state that has been identified.

Abstract: A processor using an internal memory to store constants Kt required in a secure hash algorithm (SHA). The latency due to loading the constants Kt from an external memory, therefore, is eliminated. The processor further introduces an instruction set architecture that provides one instruction for the processor to read the constants Kt from the internal memory and perform a particular process on the read constants Kt. Thus, the SHA works efficiently.

Abstract: An apparatus for recycling propylene includes a first propylene recovery column, a flash tank, a second propylene recovery column, and a depropanizing column. The apparatus can effectively solve the problem of high power consumption in the prior art, and can be used for the industrial manufacturing of propylene recovery from a propylene oxide apparatus. A process for recycling and refining propylene also is described.

Abstract: A primary user of a spectrum, such as a licensed user, has primary access authority to use of a spectrum. A plurality of secondary users of the spectrum, which may be unlicensed users, have secondary access authority to use of the spectrum. When the primary user wants to use the spectrum, the primary user sends a message that is propagated to all the secondary users in a geographic region that the primary user wants to use the spectrum. The message specifies the duration of time and the geographic region (location of use) where the primary user wants to use the spectrum. The secondary users in the location of use immediately stop using the spectrum for the duration of time specified in the message and then may resume use of the spectrum.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for propelling self-propelled movable objects are provided. In one aspect, a rotor assembly for a self-propelled movable object comprises: a hub comprising a first fastening feature; a drive shaft comprising a second fastening feature and directly coupled to the hub by a mating connection of the first and second fastening features, wherein the drive shaft is configured to cause rotation of the hub such that the mating connection of the first and second fastening features is tightened by the rotation; and a plurality of rotor blades coupled to the hub and configured to rotate therewith to generate a propulsive force.

The interactions and physical activity level provide insight as to a length of time a user has been continuously watching multimedia content. When a level of inactivity exceeds a threshold, access to multimedia content is adjusted, for example, by limiting access to the multimedia content and/or displaying a notification to the user regarding their level of inactivity.

Abstract: In sophisticated SOI transistor elements, the buried insulating layer may be specifically engineered so as to include non-standard dielectric materials. For instance, a charge-trapping material and/or a high-k dielectric material and/or a ferroelectric material may be incorporated into the buried insulating layer. In this manner, non-volatile storage transistor elements with superior performance may be obtained and/or efficiency of a back-bias mechanism may be improved.

The frame is configured to be folded and unfolded between a folded state and an unfolded state. The folding mechanism is movably disposed on the frame and connected to the first locking mechanism for driving the first locking mechanism to allow the frame to be folded. Various embodiments comprise a storage rack that includes a plurality of post members, a plurality of shelves, and a plurality of retaining rings. Further, the plurality of post members include male and female ends that enable the post members to form a post assembly. The plurality of shelves include a wall mount and a plurality of apertures, which define a toothed profile and which are disposed at the corners of the plurality of shelves. The retaining rings feature a generally tapered shape, a gap, an outer perimeter featuring a toothed profile, and an inner perimeter featuring annular ridges. The retaining rings are thus configured to couple the shelves to the post members such that the position of the shelves with respect to the post members is adjustable in the vertical direction.
