    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for preparing an array substrate, an array substrate and a display panel, wherein the method comprises: forming a buffer layer on a substrate in a first region and a second region, wherein the buffer layer has a groove located in the second region; forming a first indium oxide thin film on the buffer layer in the first region; forming a second indium oxide thin film in the groove; performing a reduction process on the second indium oxide thin film to obtain indium particles; forming an amorphous silicon thin film in the groove, and inducing the amorphous silicon of the amorphous silicon thin film to form microcrystalline silicon at a preset temperature by using the indium particles; and removing the indium particles in the microcrystalline silicon to form a microcrystalline silicon semiconductor layer of the microcrystalline silicon thin film transistor.

    Abstract: A dumbbell with a weight adjusting mechanism, which utilizes an electric motor, a rack and pinion gear linkage driven by the motor, and photoelectric position detection assemblies, to control the movement of two racks inside the handle bar of the dumbbell. The two racks move simultaneously in opposite directions by the same distance in a precisely controlled manner based on position signals provided by the position detection assemblies. The racks extend and retract within a center channel formed by center openings of a plurality of aligned and axially engaged weight plates, so that a desired number of the weight plates will be lifted by the dumbbell handle. A control system controls the motor and communicates with a user via a user interface panel on the handle bar or an external handheld device wireless connected to the control system.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method and a device for identifying pathological pictures, wherein the method comprises: obtaining sample data including a positive sample that is a pathological picture of malignant lesion and a negative sample that is a picture of normal tissue or a pathological picture of benign lesion, with a lesion area marked on the pathological picture of a malignant lesion; dividing the sample data into a training set and a testing set; training a deep neural network model using the training set; testing a trained deep neural network model using the testing set; adjusting parameters of the trained deep neural network model according to a testing result; identifying the pathological picture using the trained deep neural network model. The invention can improve the efficiency and accuracy of pathological picture identification.

    Abstract: The invention provides a method and system for generating a watermark on the basis of graphic, a terminal, and a medium. The method includes acquiring a watermark image and at least one watermark unit image; acquiring watermark encryption information; determining the distribution information of the watermark unit images in the watermark image according to the watermark encryption information and a preset encryption model, the distribution information comprising imaging regions of the watermark unit images in the watermark image; and overlaying each watermark unit image into a corresponding imaging region in the watermark image to generate the watermark. The watermark encryption information has a one-to-one corresponding relationship with the distribution information of the watermark unit images in the watermark image, and the corresponding relationship can be defined by a user so that others cannot crack the watermark without knowing the encryption model, thereby improving the watermark cracking difficulty.

The object grouping module sets a label to each pixel position according to the attribute information of surrounding pixel positions of each pixel position, and connects adjacent pixel positions with the same label to form an object. In one embodiment, a MEC server is at a Radio Access Network (RAN), and implements edge applications that provide the MEC services. The MEC server queries a core network for a QoS policy for a mobile device that indicates QoS profile options for the mobile device, and receives the QoS policy from the core network. The MEC server monitors for a triggering event that triggers selection of a QoS profile, selects the QoS profile from the QoS profile options for a user plane connection established for a MEC service between the mobile device and an edge application in response to the triggering event, and provides a QoS profile identifier for the QoS profile to a base station in the RAN to enforce the QoS profile on the user plane connection.
