    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for producing heavy oil by generating solvents in situ in the reservoir, an electric heating device is used to heat up the crude oil in the reservoir near the wellbore to the target temperature. Chemical reaction additives are injected into the heating section to meet the preset reaction conditions for the high temperature thermal cracking and aquathermolysis of crude oil, so as to generate light hydrocarbon components and gases. Under the effect of heat and gravity, the light hydrocarbon components and gases rise to the steam chamber. The light hydrocarbons and some gases that move to the vapor-liquid interface of the steam chamber are dissolved in the crude oil to reduce the viscosity of crude oil and increase the production rate of crude oil.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a sector dual-resonant dipole antenna. Radiation elements of the antenna are two identical sector patches. Two identical rectangular notches can be symmetrically arranged or two identical tuning stubs can be symmetrically loaded on the sector patches at positions deviating from the central axis of the two sector patches. Exciting points are symmetrically arranged on sides of the sector patches close to a central axis. The present invention realizes a wide beamwidth radiation characteristic through a two-dimensional sectorial resonator, and then the notches are arranged or the tuning stubs are loaded at appropriate positions of two arms of the sectorial resonator, and thereby a dual-resonant characteristic can be realized within a working band.

The first wireless communication device then sends a link reconfiguration request to the second wireless communication device via a first RRC message over the communication interface. The first RRC message includes the at least one updated parameter. The first wireless communication device receives a link reconfiguration response from the second wireless communication device via a second RRC message over the communication interface based on the link reconfiguration request and determines whether to reconfigure the unicast link using the at least one updated parameter based on the received link reconfiguration response.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a wireless device may broadcast a discovery preamble to identify a receiving device or to identify a suitable beam for communicating with a receiving device prior to broadcasting a discovery message to the receiving device. In such systems, the wireless device may use the techniques described herein to generate the discovery preamble and to reduce interference between discovery preamble transmissions and avoid data loss. In one example, a wireless device may append a cyclic prefix (CP) to a discovery preamble with a suitable length to protect the discovery preamble from interference from another transmission. In another example, the wireless device may generate a cyclically periodic signal including multiple copies of the discovery preamble so a receiving device may be able to receive a portion of the signal and identify the discovery preamble.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may detect a collision or interference issues of a second UE and transmit information regarding the detected collision to a base station. The second UE may not able to sense the channel on its own and thus may inadvertently use resources already reserved or in use by other UEs. The information regarding the detected collision may include layer-1 identifiers (L1 IDs) and/or layer-2 identifiers (L2 IDs) corresponding to the UE and/or the second UE as well as additional information corresponding to the resource collision. This information may be usable by the base station in determining that the base station has previously communicated with the second UE and may trigger a resource reselection by the second UE. The UE may receive sidelink communications on one or more reselected sidelink transmission resources from the second UE.

A vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications system may support beam discovery procedures that use directional beams to discover other entities, establish directional communication links with other entities, or maintaining directional communication links with other entities. The beam discovery procedure may include a sweep pattern where a transmitting entity may probe with directional beams in a plurality of beam directions. During a beam discovery procedure a transmitting entity may transmit discovery signals in a plurality of different directions and a receiving entity may listen for the discovery signals in a plurality of different directions. The sweep patterns of the transmitting entity and the receiving entity may be coordinated to increase a likelihood that the receiving entity will discover the transmitting entity.

The first packet can be transmitted to the receiving device.
