    Abstract: The apparatus is configured to transmit and/or receive GDMRS that may be scrambled based on a same scrambling identifier (ID) and shared for a plurality of UEs or channels. The apparatus, in some configurations, is further configured to multiplex, in time, data for the plurality of UEs or channels into different segments within each symbol in a set of symbols. The apparatus is further configured to transmit and/or receive the multiplexed data for the plurality of UEs or channels. In some configurations, the apparatus is further configured to demodulate the received data based on the GDMRS, and extract at least one segment for a UE or a plurality of channels associated with the apparatus within the demodulated data for subsequent decoding at the apparatus.     Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a transmitter or a receiver to determine a size of a TB that spans more than one slot. In one aspect, a transmitter determines a multiple slot overhead parameter size for a TB of a shared channel based on an allocation of multiple slots. The transmitter calculates a number of REs allocated for the TB of the shared channel based on a number of subcarriers in a PRB, a number of scheduled symbols in a slot, a number of REs for DMRS per PRB, the multiple slot overhead parameter size, and a number of allocated PRBs. The transmitter transmits the TB of the shared channel using the calculated number of REs.

    Abstract: Aspects of a multi-stage multi-PDSCH grant are provided which allow a UE to obtain data in a downlink data burst with more scheduling flexibility than single-stage multi-PDSCH grants. A base station provides the UE in a downlink control channel a first portion of downlink control information which indicates a plurality of downlink data transmissions. The UE monitors the downlink control channel for the first portion of downlink control information. Afterwards, the base station sends to the UE a second portion of the downlink control information including parameters for one of the downlink data transmissions. The base station may also send the UE a third portion of the downlink control information including additional parameters for the downlink data transmission. After the UE obtains the portions, the UE decodes the one of the downlink data transmissions indicated at least in part by the first and second portion of the downlink control information.

In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may measure a frequency selectivity of a channel between the UE and a base station and may transmit signaling to the base station indicating one or both of a frequency selectivity metric or a recommended demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port multiplexing pattern based on measuring the frequency selectivity. In some aspects, the UE may transmit the signaling to assist the base station in configuring a DMRS port multiplexing pattern based on current channel conditions. For example, if the frequency selectivity metric satisfies a threshold, the UE may recommend a DMRS port multiplexing pattern absent of code division multiplexing (CDM). Alternatively, if the frequency selectivity metric fails to satisfy the threshold, the UE may recommend a DMRS port multiplexing patter including CDM.
