    Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products for generating, from an input character sequence, an output sequence of audio data representing the input character sequence. The output sequence of audio data includes a respective audio output sample for each of a number of time steps. One example method includes, for each of the time steps: generating a mel-frequency spectrogram for the time step by processing a representation of a respective portion of the input character sequence using a decoder neural network; generating a probability distribution over a plurality of possible audio output samples for the time step by processing the mel-frequency spectrogram for the time step using a vocoder neural network; and selecting the audio output sample for the time step from the possible audio output samples in accordance with the probability distribution.

The voltage sudden-change unit is coupled with a driving node between the driving unit and the connection unit. The control unit is configured to control the voltage sudden-change unit to output a voltage sudden-change signal to the driving node, where the voltage sudden-change signal allows to make the connection unit be switched to a turned-off state from a turned-on state quickly when the driving unit stops outputting the driving signal.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses the low-stress niobium nitride (NbN) superconducting thin film and preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: providing the metal Nb target and the Si-based substrates, fixing the Si-based substrate at room temperature, adjusting the mass flow ratio of N2/Ar to 20%-50%, the sputtering power to 50-400 W and the deposition pressure to 3.0-10.0 mTorr, NbN superconducting thin films with a stress range of-500 MPa˜500 MPa and a thickness of 70-150 nm were deposited on Si-based substrates. By synergistically controlling the mass flow rate ratio of N2/Ar, sputtering power, and deposition pressure, low stress NbN superconducting thin films can be easily and efficiently prepared. The stress range of the prepared NbN superconducting thin films meets the preparation requirements of superconducting dynamic inductance detectors, and can be mass-produced.
