A partition portion is disposed on the upper surface and/ or the lower surface of each of the heat exchange boards (10), so that fluid from the fluid inlet (1) is divided at the fluid inlet (1), then flows into independent fluid passage zones (3, 4) partitioned by the partition portion, gathers at the fluid outlet (2), and finally flows out of the fluid outlet (2).

The individual luminescent fabric layer comprises one or more yarns and one or more optical fibers (OFs) woven together to form a main body of the individual luminescent fabric layer. The portion of the individual OF residing inside the main body has a lateral surface for allowing light rays traveling inside the individual OF to at least partially leak out therefrom through the lateral surface. The disclosure can control the LTE and GSM signal power within a certain range.

The second network device determines a link corresponding to a selected policy routing, and switches a policy routing according to the state of the link. Apparatuses corresponding to the methods also provided. The methods and apparatuses can implement the end-to-end link detection, and initiate switching in time.
