  • Publication number: 20120178411
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for implementing emergency location. The method comprises: a User Equipment (UE) initiating an emergency call, and initiating a SUPL position procedure to a security user plane location platform (SLP); and the SLP obtaining location information of the UE through the SUPL position procedure, and providing the location information of the UE to a location request function (LRF). Using the method, the SUPL position procedure is initiated by the UE when the emergency call is initiated and the SLP is not required to support the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), thereby simplifying design of the SLP. Furthermore, it is clear to the UE that the UE is a qualified SET, so the location request initiated by the UE can certainly be responded correctly, thereby ensuring successful implementation of the emergency call process.

  • Publication number: 20120168192
Abstract: A method for vertically grounding and leading down form a center of a composite pole tower includes the following steps: extending a ground down-leading wire from a center of a ground wire cross arm which is made of metal and is positioned on top of the pole tower, wherein the ground down-leading wire is vertically leaded down to the earth form the center of the composite pole tower, wherein when an lower portion of the tower body is a metal pipe, the ground down-leading wire is extended from the center of the composite material and is directly connected to the metal pipe. The method utilizes the advantage of the insulating intensity of the wall of the composite pole tower and enhances the insulating intensity of the transmission line on impact of lightning. The ground down-leading wires are prevented from short-circuiting with the tower body of the composite pole tower, so that advantage of the insulating property of the composite material of the pole towers is realized.

  • Publication number: 20070000270
Abstract: A control method for discharging condensed water from a movable air conditioner is provided. No manual operation is necessary to empty the condensed water container. When the condensed water level is higher than a predetermined water level, the conditioner enters into a strong drainage mode operation. Condensing temperature increases and a pump for spraying is activated. The evaporating and draining speed increase as well. Evaporated condensed water will be discharged outdoor as air discharged from the condenser by the exhaust pipe; the rest of the condensed water will flow downward from the condenser to a water tank. When condensed water level bellows the predetermined water level, the conditioner exits the strong drainage mode and enters into a normal operation mode. The heat exchange efficiency of the condenser is also improved by utilizing the condensed water spray circulation system.
