An AN entity of a first network sends a first request message to an AN entity of a second network corresponding to a target cell in which a UE is located, so as to request the AN entity of the second network to establish a radio bearer for the UE. The AN entity of the first network sends a second request message to the UE, so as to request the UE to establish the radio bearer with the AN entity of the second network. After the AN entity of the second network has established the radio bearer with the UE, the AN entity of the first network transmits service data to the UE by using the AN entity of the second network.

By using the procedure, the present invention uses the testing method in the cell process to test the image blur phenomenon. This can improve the testing ability and raise the yield.

(R6SiO3/2)T.(SiO4/2)Q wherein R1 to R6 are identical or different radicals independently selected from the group consisting of organic groups and a hydrogen atom, with the proviso that at least one of R1to R6 is a hydrogen atom bonded directly to a silicon atom. The liquid hydrosilicone resin is obtained by dispersing a hydrosilicone oil, a hydroxyl silicone resin and a dehydrogenation catalyst in a solvent to form a dispersion, allowing the dispersion to react, and then removing the solvent and the catalyst.

Abstract: A method and system for implementing an inter-Access Network (AN) handoff in an active state in a High Rate Packet Data (HRPD) Network. The method mainly includes determining that an inter-AN handoff operation is necessary and initiating a handoff procedure to perform the inter-AN handoff, sending data to be transmitted to an access terminal to the destination AN in advance in the handoff procedure, and then sending the access terminal the data to be transmitted to the access terminal by the source AN or the destination AN according to the result of the handoff procedure. With the method according to the present invention, the continuity of a service may be improved. Even if the inter-AN handoff procedure fails, the source PCF may send data information obtained upon the start of the handoff to the access terminal when the access terminal returns to the source AN since the source PCF may receive data from the PDSN throughout the handoff procedure. As a result, the continuity of a service may be improved.
