    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semiconductor device. The semiconductor device includes a substrate having a gate region, source and drain (S/D) regions separated by the gate region and a first fin structure in a gate region in the N-FET region. The first fin structure is formed by a first semiconductor material layer as a lower portion, a semiconductor oxide layer as a middle portion and a second semiconductor material layer as an upper portion. The semiconductor device also includes a second fin structure in S/D regions in the N-FET region. The second fin structure is formed by the first semiconductor material layer as a lower portion and the semiconductor oxide layer as a first middle portion, the first semiconductor material layer as a second middle portion beside the first middle and the second semiconductor material layer as an upper portion.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an approach and corresponding framework that separates data from its formatting/view by generating the dynamic JavaScript (data) as a set (e.g., at least one) of JavaScript (data) objects, without any HTML formatting. Then, a set of JavaScript functions can be created that takes the set of JavaScript objects as a parameter, and outputs all or a subset of this data object in a format determined by this JavaScript function. In general, these formatting functions can be static, rather than dynamic, JavaScript. This approach has the advantage of providing a much greater degree of formatting flexibility, without the need for each new format to establish a connection with the back-end system providing the data.

The item numbers are then compiled onto a list of acquired merchandise.     Abstract: In one aspect of the present invention, a stator of a linear compressor comprises first stator pieces that are circumferentially and sequentially arranged about an axial direction and are radially disposed, second stator pieces that are provided between outer parts of the adjacent first stator pieces, and an outer side, away from a motor axis, of the second stator pieces assembled at an outer circumference of the stator. The stator can reduce the magnetic losses of the stator caused by the gap, and improve the efficiency of the motor. It can also improve the performance, stability, durability and reliability of the linear compressor. It can also reduce the bulk of the linear compressor.

The method i) increases the SNR via processing gain, ii) eliminates the ISI through multipath suppression, and iii) enables bandwidth efficiency improvement via data multiplexing.     Abstract: A stereoscopic imaging system and method is disclosed. In one aspect the system includes a ray source that emits a plurality of ray fanbeams. The system includes columns of detectors. Each column of detectors is arranged at a preset angle with respect to the ray source. The detectors detect a strength of a ray fanbeam penetrating an object under inspection. The detectors form a transmission images when the object intersects, or moves along a direction intersecting with, the ray fanbeams. The system includes a reconstruction apparatus that uses any two of the formed transmission images as a binocular image. The reconstruction apparatus calculates depth information of the object on the transmission images. The reconstruction apparatus superposes and fuses the calculated depth information to obtain 3D information. The reconstruction apparatus performs 3D reconstruction so that the detected object can be presented in a stereoscopic manner from different view angles.
