    Abstract: A message order-preserving method includes that a first electronic device generates a first message to be sent to a second electronic device, and starts to send the first message to the second electronic device. The first electronic device generates a second message to be sent to the second electronic device, and before sending the second message to the second electronic device, determines that sending of the first message is not completed. The first electronic device sends an integration message including the second message to the second electronic device. After receiving the integration message, the second electronic device displays the first message and the second message based on the integration message.

    Abstract: Discussed are a flexible thin film transistor (TFT) substrate, a flexible display panel and a flexible display device. The flexible TFT substrate of the present application can improve bending resistance of the flexible TFT substrate by arranging a concave structure in the bonding region and placing an organic material in the concave structure. When the bonding region is bent, a width of the bonding region can be reduced. Accordingly, a bezel width of the flexible display panel including the flexible TFT substrate is reduced, and a narrow bezel design is realized.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a prediction method for a maximum velocity profile in a wave boundary layer based on velocity defect functions. The method overcomes the theoretical defects of the existing velocity defect functions. That is, the velocity profile in a turbulent wave boundary layer cannot be realized; and in addition, without the assumption of linear wave conditions, the method is suitable for nonlinear waves and at the same time, for a small A/k, range, and can be extended to the analysis and prediction for the maximum velocity profile under the condition that the spatial distribution of roughness elements of gravel seabed, etc. obviously affects the flow structure of the boundary layer. The present invention can be directly applied to the analysis and prediction for physical quantities/processes, such as characteristics of the wave boundary layer, stress of underwater structures, and starting and transport of submarine sediments.

    Abstract: A reinforcement learning (RL) based adaptive state observation model usable for implementing a brain machine interface (BMI) is proposed for decoding a brain signal to determine a movement action and controlling a machine to perform the movement action. In the model, the brain signal is processed by a neural network (NN) for applying a nonlinear mapping defined by NN weights to the brain signal to thereby yield a transformed brain signal. The NN learns the nonlinear mapping by RL, allowing the weights to be adaptively and continuously updated to follow nonlinearity and non-stationarity of the brain signal. The transformed brain signal is processed by a Kalman filter (KF) to yield a control signal for controlling the machine to perform the movement action, thereby utilizing the KF to provide smooth generation of the control signal while blocking adverse influence of nonlinearity and non-stationarity of the brain signal to the KF.
