    Abstract: Stray and air scattered light can be reduced by configuring a size of the collection area of a sensor, which reduces a source of sensitivity-limiting noise in the system. By adjusting a size of the collection area, stray deep ultraviolet light and air-scattered deep ultraviolet light can be reduced. A servo can control a position of an illumination spot that is collected by the time delay and integration sensor.

    Abstract: A washing machine comprises at least two sets of washing devices and a display control panel, wherein the display control panel includes at least two different independent display interfaces, with one display interface corresponding to one set of washing device. The display control panel of the washing machine can display at least two colors, with one display interface corresponding to one color. After the washing machine is initialized, one set of the washing device or the combination of the at least two sets of washing devices are arbitrarily selected, and the display interfaces corresponding to different control processes of the selected washing device display different brightness. Through arranging at least two colors on the display screen of the washing machine, different control processes of the washing machine can be realized through the switching between different colors and different brightness, thereby satisfying the individual requirements of more users.

    Abstract: An asynchronous pulse domain to synchronous digital domain converter for converting pulse domain signals in an input asynchronous pulse domain data stream to synchronous digital domain signals in a data output stream. The converter comprises a plurality of counters arranged in a ring configuration with only one counter in the ring being responsive at any given time to positive and negative going pulses in the input asynchronous pulse domain data stream, each counter, when so responsive, counting a number of time units between either (i) a positive going pulse and an immediately following negative going pulse or (ii) a negative going pulse and an immediately following positive going pulse, the counts of the counters when so responsive being synchronously converted to synchronous digital domain signals in the data output stream. The disclosed asynchronous pulse domain to synchronous digital domain converter can be used with spike domain signals if desired.

    Abstract: A transceiver front-end circuit for a cellular radio architecture for a vehicle, where the transceiver circuit employs components for reducing power consumption. The transceiver circuit includes a receiver module having a delta-sigma modulator that converts analog receive signals to a representative digital signal in an interleaving process, where the delta-sigma modulator includes a combiner, a low noise amplifier (LNA), an LC filter and a quantizer circuit. The LC filter is a multi-order filter and the quantizer circuit is an interleaving quantizer circuit that interleaves multiple groups of bits from the filter. The order of the LC filter is selectively reduced in situations where a full dynamic range of the cellular radio is not required and a bit resolution of the quantizer circuit is reduced so as to reduce the power requirements of the cellular radio.

    Abstract: A delta sigma modulator which has improved the dynamic range. The ?? modulator has a plurality of ADCs and a plurality of DACs, the plurality of ADCs and DACs are connected in a loop. The plurality of ADCs are coupled with an incoming analog signal. A clock generator provides a plurality of clock signals which control the plurality of ADCs and the plurality of DACs, the clock signals being offset relative to each other in the time domain thereby enabling each ADC in the plurality of ADCs one at a time and each DAC in the plurality of DACs one at a time so that the ?? modulator processes data in the incoming analog signal in an interleaved fashion. The delta sigma modulator has an Nth order filter in a forward path of the loop.
