The striker assembly is movable from the second, cocked state to the third, disposal state to couple the physiological characteristic sensor to an anatomy. The striker assembly includes a lock beam that engages with the track system as the striker assembly moves between the first state, the second, cocked state and the third, disposal state. In the third, disposal state the lock beam inhibits movement of the striker assembly from the third, disposal state to the first state.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a construction method of a recombinant drug-resistant Mycobacterium bovis (M. bovis) Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) strain and a pharmaceutical composition for treating tuberculosis (TB). The construction method includes: using BCG as an original bacterial strain to construct a drug-resistant BCG strain resistant to at least one selected from the group consisting of STR, LFX, EMB, PRO, PAS, and AMK; and further inserting sequence fragments that can express related antigens Ag85b and Rv2628 causing an immune response into a genome of the strain to construct a recombinant drug-resistant BCG strain. The recombinant drug-resistant BCG strain can compete with Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) for growth, thereby accelerating the death of Mtb. When used in combination with a drug for treating TB, the recombinant drug-resistant BCG strain can further enhance a therapeutic effect for Mtb, and can also avoid re-infection of a patient.

    Abstract: Data packet retransmission by a radio link control (RLC) protocol entity of a transmit end is described herein. The retransmission includes sending a target sequence number and a first data packet to a MAC entity of the transmit end and recording a quantity of times the target sequence number is transmitted to the MAC entity of the transmit end at an RLC layer. In accordance with receiving the target sequence number and a negative acknowledgement that are sent by the MAC entity, obtaining the RLC layer transmission count corresponding to the target sequence number. In accordance with determining the RLC layer transmission count is less than an RLC layer transmission threshold, sending a retransmission instruction based on the first data packet to the MAC entity. In accordance with a retransmission condition at the RLC layer being met, the RLC entity of the transmit end triggers retransmission at the RLC layer.

    Abstract: A binary alloy design method for a marine high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) stress corrosion-resistant steel is provided. The binary alloy design method permits synergistic inhibition of anodic dissolution and hydrogen embrittlement by binary alloying to prepare the marine HSLA stress corrosion-resistant steel, the marine HSLA stress corrosion-resistant steel has an increase of more than 50% in stress corrosion resistance in a simulated SO2 polluted marine atmospheric environment. Microalloying of one element is carried out to improve properties of a rust layer on a surface of a HSLA steel in a marine environment and reduce a electrochemical activity in a local microenvironment to inhibit the anodic dissolution. Microalloying of another element is carried out to reduce a cathodic hydrogen evolution, to increase a hydrogen trap density and to decrease a multiplicative hydrogen diffusion channel density as well as enhance a hydrogen resistance of a structure to inhibit the hydrogen embrittlement.
