    Abstract: The invention relates to a TMB classification method and system and a TMB analysis device based on a pathological image, comprising: performing TMB classification and marking and pre-processing on a known pathological image to construct a training set; training a convolutional neural network by means of the training set to construct a classification model; pre-processing a target pathological image of a target case to obtain a plurality of target image blocks; classifying the target image blocks by means of the classification model to acquire an image block TMB classification result of the target case; and acquiring an image TMB classification result of the target case by means of classification voting using all the image block TMB classification results. The invention further relates to a TMB analysis device based on a pathological image. The TMB classification method of the invention has advantages of accuracy, a low cost and fast rapid.

    Abstract: A binary alloy design method for a marine high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) stress corrosion-resistant steel is provided. The binary alloy design method permits synergistic inhibition of anodic dissolution and hydrogen embrittlement by binary alloying to prepare the marine HSLA stress corrosion-resistant steel, the marine HSLA stress corrosion-resistant steel has an increase of more than 50% in stress corrosion resistance in a simulated SO2 polluted marine atmospheric environment. Microalloying of one element is carried out to improve properties of a rust layer on a surface of a HSLA steel in a marine environment and reduce a electrochemical activity in a local microenvironment to inhibit the anodic dissolution. Microalloying of another element is carried out to reduce a cathodic hydrogen evolution, to increase a hydrogen trap density and to decrease a multiplicative hydrogen diffusion channel density as well as enhance a hydrogen resistance of a structure to inhibit the hydrogen embrittlement.

The method includes: obtaining a plurality of modals of color-thermal images to be detected, and constructing an input image set; acquiring a feature map of each modal image in the input image set, and extracting a shared candidate region; aligning the shared candidate region, and obtaining a feature representation of the each shared candidate region through pooling; obtaining a category of the feature representation of the shared candidate region based on a preset classifier, and obtaining a position of the shared candidate region through deviation regression; adopting non-maximum value suppression to obtain a shared candidate region with the highest probability according to the category of the feature representation of the shared candidate region, and returning to the image to be detected for marking according to the position of the shared candidate region.

    Abstract: Data packet retransmission by a radio link control (RLC) protocol entity of a transmit end is described herein. The retransmission includes sending a target sequence number and a first data packet to a MAC entity of the transmit end and recording a quantity of times the target sequence number is transmitted to the MAC entity of the transmit end at an RLC layer. In accordance with receiving the target sequence number and a negative acknowledgement that are sent by the MAC entity, obtaining the RLC layer transmission count corresponding to the target sequence number. In accordance with determining the RLC layer transmission count is less than an RLC layer transmission threshold, sending a retransmission instruction based on the first data packet to the MAC entity. In accordance with a retransmission condition at the RLC layer being met, the RLC entity of the transmit end triggers retransmission at the RLC layer.

    Abstract: A system and a method have been provided that utilizes proprietary algorithms to generate accurate recommendations to users, resulting in highly relevant content distribution and superior Signal-to-Noise Ratio for both individual users and user groups. The system and method also build a hierarchical structure of contents and accurate categories of people based on common features that are up-to-date. A bilayer social graph model can be automatically created and updated by this method to demonstrates user categories and features. The system and method can automatically extract the features of people without pre-defining the feature categories, and further categorizes the features according to the test result. The system and method avoid certain fundamental inaccuracy inherent in existing social network system and E-business recommendation system, such as static and disjointed labeling.
