    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for implementing a circuit design are provided. A physical description is generated corresponding to a predefined physical layout of a programmable integrated circuit. The circuit design includes a memory block. A timing analysis is executed to determine a first timing profile of the physical description. The physical description is optimized (or at least altered), and a physical implementation is generated based on the optimized physical description. Optimizing the physical description includes: selectively moving from or into the memory block of the physical description a register in response to an attribute of the memory block; executing a timing analysis to determine a second timing profile of the physical description with the register moved from or into the memory block of the physical description; comparing the first and second timing profiles; and selectively accepting or reversing the moving based on the comparison of the first and second timing profiles.

In an embodiment, a voice activated lighting apparatus includes a housing that encloses a WiFi module operably connected to a multipoint control unit (MCU), at least one microphone, at least one speaker component, and at least one wireless communication module. Also included is a lighting component operably connected to the MCU which includes at least a first group of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and a second group of LEDs that are separately controllable by the MCU. In some implementations, the first group of LEDs are controllable via voice commands of a user to provide illumination, and the second group of LEDs are controllable via voice commands of the user to provide at least one indication.

The screen according to the embodiments of the present disclosure and the device comprising the screen can provide a charging current for the battery of the electronic product by using a circuit built in the screen.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides high-efficiency and low-energy-consumption synthetic methods of a series of phosphorus-nitrogen-based intumescent flame retardants and the use thereof in paint flame retarding. 1 part by weight of a phosphorization agent and 0.5-4.0 parts by weight of a nitrogen-containing foaming agent are uniformly mixed and stirred at room temperature, and an amount of water is further added to emit heat and initiate reaction. 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of a charring agent and 0.5-4.0 parts by weight of a hydroxy-containing polyfuctional crosslinking agent are then added, and reacted with stirring. An amine compound is finally added for neutralization until pH value is 5-8, and solid liquid separation is performed. The solid portion is dried to obtain a main body portion of a phosphorus-nitrogen-based intumescent flame retardant. The resultant filtrate is diluted with ?-? volume of water, and a flame retardant product is obtained.
