    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a screen and a device comprising the screen. The screen comprises: an induction current generation circuit configured to generate an induction current; an induction current transmission circuit connected to the induction current generation circuit and configured to transmit the induction current; and a control circuit connected to the induction current transmission circuit and configured to control the transmission of the induction current. The device comprises the screen described above, and the device further comprises a charging circuit connected to the induction current transmission circuit and the battery and configured to rectify the induction current so as to charge the battery. The screen according to the embodiments of the present disclosure and the device comprising the screen can provide a charging current for the battery of the electronic product by using a circuit built in the screen.

The mobile device includes a device body and a magnetic adjustment mechanism, where the magnetic adjustment mechanism includes a magnetic adjustment member and a magnetic sensor, and the magnetic adjustment member is adjusted to enable the magnetic sensor to generate a pulse signal; and the device body further includes a processor and a display screen, and the processor receives the pulse signal generated by the magnetic adjustment mechanism, processes the pulse signal, and then displays adjusted content by using the display screen. This avoids a problem that adjustment cannot be conveniently performed because a display screen is covered by a finger when an operation is performed directly on the display screen.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides high-efficiency and low-energy-consumption synthetic methods of a series of phosphorus-nitrogen-based intumescent flame retardants and the use thereof in paint flame retarding. 1 part by weight of a phosphorization agent and 0.5-4.0 parts by weight of a nitrogen-containing foaming agent are uniformly mixed and stirred at room temperature, and an amount of water is further added to emit heat and initiate reaction. 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of a charring agent and 0.5-4.0 parts by weight of a hydroxy-containing polyfuctional crosslinking agent are then added, and reacted with stirring. An amine compound is finally added for neutralization until pH value is 5-8, and solid liquid separation is performed. The solid portion is dried to obtain a main body portion of a phosphorus-nitrogen-based intumescent flame retardant. The resultant filtrate is diluted with ?-? volume of water, and a flame retardant product is obtained.

The present invention has good performance in an integrity evaluation of the gate oxide layer, and avoids damage to the device caused by the aggregation of movable ions at an interface. Also provided are a silicon-on-insulator device and a method of manufacturing the intermetallic dielectric layer of the silicon-on-insulator device.

This can improve content of active substance in the electrode plate, and further increase an energy density of an electrochemical cell.
