The health administration method involves a plurality of objects and a plurality of devices, and includes: generating a device usage record of at least one object based at least on identity information of the at least one object among the plurality of objects and data generated by a device used by the at least one object (S10), and providing the device usage record of the at least one object to a memory associated with a health administration apparatus (S20). The health administration method, the health administration apparatus, the health administration system, and the data collection apparatus can improve work efficiency of medical workers.

Abstract: A measurement configuration method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: a network device transmits measurement configuration information to a terminal device, where the measurement configuration information includes first information indicating that an MG is active when a frequency of an SSB that is indicated by an MO of a first serving cell of the terminal device is out of a currently active BWP of the first serving cell; and after the active BWP of the first serving cell of the terminal device is switched from a first BWP to a second BWP, the terminal device determines, based on the first information, that the MG in the measurement configuration is active, where the second BWP does not include the frequency of the SSB that is indicated by the MO corresponding to the first serving cell.

Abstract: Correlated quality-of-experience (QoE) and latency measures are generated at a plurality of monitoring points along a multimedia delivery chain including multiple video operations. At each of the plurality of monitoring points, an absolute QoE measure defined on a human perceptual quality scale for media content is computed, and one or more of content extraction or feature extraction on the media content are performed. To a common middleware from each of the plurality of monitoring points, the respective QoE measure and results of the one or more of content extraction or feature extraction are transmitted. Computing and updating an absolute QoE measure for each of the plurality of monitoring points is performed. Computing and updating latencies between multiple monitoring points at the middleware using the results from each of the plurality of monitoring points is also performed.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a coating-free press hardening steel (CFPHS) component comprises heating a CFPHS blank at a first predetermined heating rate to a first predetermined temperature in a first predetermined temperature range using a heater; transferring the CFPHS blank to a furnace; soaking the CFPHS blank in the furnace at a second predetermined temperature in a second predetermined temperature range for a predetermined period; and pressing and forming the CFPHS blank in a stamp/press to form a CFPHS component.
