The contacts have contacting portions (26) retained in the tongue plate and arranged in one row along a transverse direction, and tail portions (28) arranged in two rows along a front-to-back direction for being mounted onto the printed circuit board. The contacts consist of a first type of a plurality of grounding contacts (25) and a second type of a plurality of pairs of differential contacts (21, 22, 23, 24) under condition that each two adjacent pairs of differential contacts have at least one grounding contact located therebetween.
