An improved structure of a vaporized oil lamp container includes a container body to contain oil and a wick for burning at a center insertion module, and a wick seat, characterized in that the container includes a top cover and a body which are insertable to each other, and the interior of the body is a recessed cavity to fill lamp oil, the top cover is an arch-shaped curvature, and the middle section of the body has a smaller diameter forming a neck portion, the top section of the inner edge of the neck section is sealed with an actuating partition to isolate the container into a top and a bottom space, the wick is positioned at the center of the body such that the oil storage space is a sealed storage space, thereby the oil lamp structure is safe to use and the top cover is easily opened to supplement oil to the oil lamp.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates generally to an oil lamp container, and in particular, a container having a top portion and a body isolated by means of a partitioning board.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Conventional oil lamp container is generally provided with an opening exposed to the atmosphere. Even when the lamp is not lighted, the oil will vaporize and the atmosphere is full of smell of the oil. If the ventilation of a closed room is poor, the smell of the oil may endanger the people in the room.

[0005] Taiwan Patent Publication No. 266765 relates to an oil cup structure, wherein the components are complicated and the entire appearance is unpleasing. The interior of the container needs to be filled with water far cooling. However, the height of the cooling water will after the temperature of the entire top cup of the container.

[0006] In addition, it is rather troublesome to separate the top cup from the bottom cup, otherwise the slanting of the top cup will distinguish the flame.

[0007] Taiwan Patent Publication No. 381667 is a continuation application to the above disclosed patent. As shown in FIGS. 7, and 8, the upper cup has a hood-like cup 31 with a conduit 32 and the oil cup 30 can be separated into a top and a bottom portion. The interior of the hood-like cup 31 is filled with water for cooling. The sealing at the bottom of the hood-like cup 31 will prevent oil from vapored. However, the drawback of this structure is that the cost of production is high and the troublesome in supplementing of oil to the oil container. As seen from FIG. 8, when the hood-like cup 31 is lifted, the flame is located at the edge and the temperature at the edge is high, which cannot be lifted up without a tool.

[0008] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved oil lamp container structure which can mitigate the above drawbacks.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0009] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved structure of a vaporized oil lamp container comprising a container body to contain oil and a wick for burning at a center insertion module, and a wick seat, characterized in that the container includes a top cover and a body which are insertable to each other, and the interior of the body is a recessed cavity to fill lamp oil, the top cover is an arch-shaped curvature, and the middle section of the body has a smaller diameter forming a neck portion, the top section of the inner edge of the neck section is sealed with an actuating partition to isolate the container into a top and a bottom space, the wick is positioned at the center of the body such that the oil storage space is a sealed storage space, thereby the oil lamp structure is safe to use and the top cover is easily opened to supplement oil to the oil lamp.

[0010] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an oil lamp container structure, wherein the container consists of a top cover and a bottom body, and the top cover has an arch-shaped curvature, and the upper half of the inner edge of the neck portion is positioned with a partitioning board which can easily separated the burning of the oil lamp and the oil storage space to avoid oil vaporized, and the holding of the curvature of the upper cover can allow the flip-opening of the burning wick so as to supplement oil operation to the oil lamp.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0018] For the purpose of promoting an understanding of the principles of the invention, reference will now be made to the embodiment illustrated in the drawings. Specific language will be used to describe same. It will, nevertheless, be understood that no limitation of the scope of the invention is thereby intended, such alterations and further modifications in the illustrated device, and such further applications of the principles of the invention as illustrated herein being contemplated as would normally occur to one skilled in the art to which the invention relates.

[0019] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, there is shown an entire structure of the oil lamp container of the present invention. The oil lamp container comprises a top cover 10 and a body 20 as the lower portion. The top cover 10 and the body 20 are insertable to each other. The interior of the body 20 is a hollow storage slot 21 for the storage of lamp oil. In accordance with the present invention, the top cover 10 has an arch-shaped curvature, and the middle section of the lamp structure is a narrow neck portion, which is shown as A in FIG. 1. A partitioning board 11 having an identical diameter with that of the neck portion is mounted from the top portion of the top cover 10 onto the neck portion such that the lamp structure is divided into two sides. The partitioning board 11 can also be bound or made into an arch-shaped structure as shown in FIG. 4. In the present preferred embodiment, after the partitioning board 11 is placed onto the upper portion of the neck portion, it will position thereon and two isolated spaces are thus formed. The center of the partitioning board 11 is provided with a hole 12 allowing the mounting of a wick seat 13 thereon and a wick 14 can be positioned. The appropriate fastening of the wick 14 by the wick seat 13 provides an optimum control of the length of the wick 14 so as to conveniently control of the flame.

[0020] In accordance with the burning position of the wick 14 being above the top section of the partitioning board 11, the height of flame is located around the enclosed region of the opening of the container, as shown in FIG. 6. The side wind-blowing at the oil lamp structure will have a minimum impact to the flame and the flame remains lighted. The partitioning board 11 will prevent the oil from vaporized as there is no hole on the structure to allow vaporization.

[0021] In accordance with the present invention, the top cover 10 and the body 20 are mountable to each other and the top cover 10 is used as a device to block wind-blowing to distinguish the flame. When oil is to be supplemented to the oil lamp, the entire top cover 10 can be lifted up and the wick 14 is thus lifted altogether. As shown in FIG. 5, the oil is directly poured to the storage recess 21 and then the top cover 10 is placed downward to its original position.

[0022] It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.

[0023] While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. An improved structure of a vaporized oil lamp container comprising a container body to contain oil and a wick for burning at a center insertion module, and a wick seat, characterized in that the container includes a top cover and a body which are insertable to each other, and the interior of the body is a recessed cavity to fill lamp oil, the top cover is an arch-shaped curvature, and the middle section of the body has a smaller diameter forming a neck portion, the top section of the inner edge of the neck section is sealed with an actuating partition to isolate the container into a top and a bottom space, the wick is positioned at the center of the body such that the oil storage space is a sealed storage space, thereby the oil lamp structure is safe to use and the top cover is easily opened to supplement oil to the oil lamp.

2. The improved structure of a vaporized oil lamp as set forth in

claim 1, wherein the partitioning board is mounted as a binding board or is formed into an arch-shaped structure.

3. The improved structure of a vaporized oil lamp as set forth in

claim 1, wherein the curve-shaped neck portion of the top cover is positioned at the center or biased at the top section position.
