Abstract

The present invention provides a hydraulic moving up and down type hair washing apparatus which is preferable to a barber shop or a beauty salon in the design.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a hair washing apparatus which is used at a barber shop or a beauty salon when a hair washing processing is performed, and more particularly, to a hydraulic moving up and down type hair washing apparatus in which a hair washing basin and a hair washing seat are moved up and down.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Conventionally, when a hair washing processing is performed at a barber shop or a beauty salon by a person who performs a hair washing processing, in order to reduce burdens of the person who performs hair washing processing and a person under hair washing during the hair washing processing, a hair washing apparatus, in which a hair washing basin, at which hair washing is performed by the person who performs washing processing and a hair washing seat on which the person under hair washing is seated are moved up and down by a hydraulic cylinder, is employed. As a prior art, a hair washing apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-224445 is cited as an example.

[0003] Hereinafter, a prior art hair washing apparatus will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of the prior art hair washing apparatus. FIG. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a construction of the prior art hair washing apparatus.

[0004] In FIG. 2, according to the prior hair washing apparatus, a hair washing seat 20, on which the person under hair washing is seated, is connected to a hair washing unit 10 having a hair washing basin 1, at which hair washing is performed by the person who performs hair washing processing, via a seat support arm 7. The hair washing basin 1 and the hair washing seat 20 are driven to be moved up and down, respectively by a hydraulic unit 30 which is provided on a base part 2.

[0005] A construction of the hair washing apparatus will be described with reference to FIG. 3.

[0006] The hair washing unit 10 is constituted by a frame column which has side faces of parallelogram shape, formed by the base part 2 as a bottom side and the frames 51 and 52 as both sides. A hair washing basin moving up and down mechanism which moves up and down the hair washing basin 1 along a moving up and down guide arm 54 is provided at an upper part of the frame column, and a seat moving up and down mechanism which moves up and down the hair washing seat 20 along the frame 51 is provided at a lower part of the frame column.

[0007] The hair washing basin moving up and down mechanism placed at the upper part of the frame column is provided with a hair washing basin hydraulic cylinder 4, one end of which is connected rotatably to a frame 53 positioned approximately at the center of the frame 51 and the other end of which is connected rotatably to a hair washing basin movable bracket 5, and a hair washing basin movable bracket 5 moving up and down along the moving up and down guide arm 54 according to driving of the hair washing hydraulic cylinder 4, to which the hair washing basin 1 is fixed. The seat moving up and down mechanism placed at the lower part of the frame column is provided with a seat hydraulic cylinder 6, one end of which is connected rotatably to the base part 2, and the other end of which is connected rotatably to a seat movable bracket 8, and a seat movable bracket 8 moving up and down along the frame 51 by sliding rollers 22 according to driving of the seat hydraulic cylinder 6, to which the hair washing seat 20 is fixed via the seat support arm 7.

[0008] Next, moving up and down operations of the hair washing basin 1 and the hair washing seat 20 of the hair washing apparatus constructed as above will be described with reference to FIG. 3.

[0009] First, as for the hair washing basin 1, when the person who performs hair washing steps on hair washing basin moving up and down switches 9a and 9b, to turn the switch ON, the hair washing hydraulic cylinder 4 is pressurized or depressurized by the hydraulic unit 30, and then the hair washing movable bracket 5 is moved up and down along the moving up and down guide arm 54 in accordance with extension and shortening of the hair washing hydraulic cylinder 4, whereby the hair washing basin 1 is moved up and down. Further, as for the hair washing seat 20, when the person who performs hair washing steps on seat moving up and down switches 21a and 21b for moving up and down the seat, to turn the switch ON, the seat hydraulic cylinder 6 is pressurized or depressurized by the hydraulic unit 30, and then the seat movable bracket 8 is moved up and down along the frame 51 by the sliding rollers 22 in accordance with extension and shortening of the seat hydraulic cylinder 6, whereby the hair washing seat 20 is moved up and down.

[0010] As described above, the prior art hair washing apparatus controls time of operating the respective moving up and down switches, thereby to move the hair washing basin 1 and the hair washing seat 20 having a moving up and down mechanism, which is driven by the hydraulic unit 30, to desired positions, respectively, which results in that those can be adjusted according to height of the person who performs hair washing processing and height of the person under hair washing, respectively.

[0011] However, according to the above-described prior art hair washing apparatus, the hydraulic unit 30 is placed on the base part 2 of the hair washing unit 10, which results in a shape in which a base cover 3 is protuberant so as to cover over the hydraulic unit 30, as shown in FIG. 2. The design is not preferable to a barber shop or a beauty salon wherein a design is seriously taken into consideration.

[0012] The present invention is made to solve the above-described problems, and aims to provide a hydraulic moving up and down type hair washing apparatus, the design of which is preferable to a barber shop or a beauty salon.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0013] To solve the above-described problems, a hydraulic moving up and down type hair washing apparatus according to a first aspect of the present invention comprises a hair washing unit having a hair washing basin, at which hair washing processing is performed by a person who performs washing processing, and a hair washing seat connected to the hair washing unit, on which a person who receives a hair washing processing is seated, and moves up and down the respective hair washing basin and the hair washing seat by a drive hydraulic unit, wherein the drive hydraulic unit is provided at the outside of the hair washing apparatus body.

[0014] Therefore, it is possible to provide a hydraulic moving up and down type hair washing apparatus which is preferable to a barber shop or a beauty salon in the design.

[0015] According to a hair washing apparatus of a second aspect of the present invention, the hair washing apparatus of the first aspect wherein, the drive hydraulic unit is arranged under the floor, in the vicinity of a position, at which the hair washing apparatus body is placed, or contained in a cabinet which is placed on a floor face which is away from the hair washing apparatus body, and pipe arrangement between the hair washing apparatus body and the drive hydraulic unit is contained under the floor.

[0016] Therefore, pipe arrangement such as a hydraulic pipe can not be seen, thereby to obtain a fine external appearance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0021] Hereinafter, a hair washing apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1.

[0022] FIG. 1 is a cross sectional view of the hair washing appartus according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 2, the hair washing apparatus of the first embodiment comprises a hair washing seat 20, on which a person under hair washing is seated, is connected to a hair washing unit 10 having a hair washing basin 1, at which hair washing processing is performed by a person who performs hair washing processing, and a cabinet 40, which is provided on the back surface of the hair washing apparatus, containing a hydraulic unit 30 which moves up and down the hair washing basin 1 and the hair washing seat 20.

[0023] Further, the hair washing unit 10 is provided with a hair washing basin hydraulic cylinder 4 which moves up and down the hair washing basin 1, a hair washing basin movable bracket 5, to which one end of the hair washing basin hydraulic cylinder 4 is rotatably connected and, to which the hair washing basin 1 is attached, a seat hydraulic cylinder 6 which moves up and down the hair washing seat 20, and a seat movable bracket 8, to which one end of the seat hydraulic cylinder 6 is rotatably connected and, to which the hair washing seat 20 is attached via a seat support arm 7. This hair washing unit 10 has the same construction as that of the prior art hair washing apparatus.

[0024] The hydraulic unit 30 which moves up and down the hair washing seat 20 and the hair washing basin 1 is provided inside the cabinet 40. The hydraulic unit 30 comprises a tank 31, an electromagnetic value 32 and a hydraulic pump 33. The electromagnetic value 32 is connected to the hair washing basin hydraulic cylinder 4 via a hydraulic pipe 34 for a hair washing basin cylinder, as well as to the seat hydraulic cylinder 6 via a hydraulic pipe 35 for a seat cylinder. When the hair washing basin moving up and down switch 9 or the seat moving up and down switch 21 is operated, oil is delivered to the hair washing basin hydraulic cylinder 4 or the seat hydraulic cylinder 6, respectively via the hydraulic oil pipe 34 for a hair washing basin cylinder or the hydraulic oil pipe 35 for a seat cylinder by the electromagnetic value 32, whereby a hydraulic cylinder corresponding to the operated switch is moved up and down.

[0025] Further, the hydraulic oil pipe 34 for a hair washing basin cylinder and the hydraulic pipe 35 for a seat cylinder are arranged under a floor from the respective hydraulic cylinders of the hair washing unit 10 to the hydraulic unit 30 inside the cabinet 40, whereby the pipes can not be seen from the outside. Further, not only the respective cylinder hydraulic pipes 34 and 35 but also a water supply pipe 11, a hot water supply pipe 12, and a drain pipe 13 are arranged under a floor from the hair washing unit 10, whereby water or hot water required for hair washing processing and exhausted water can not be seen from the outside.

[0026] Here, descriptions of moving up and down operations of the hair washing basin 1 and the hair washing seat 20 constructed as above will be omitted, since the operations are the same as those in the prior art hair washing apparatus.

[0027] As described above, according to the hair washing apparatus of the first embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic unit 30 which moves up and down the hair washing basin 1 and the hair washing seat 20 is provided not inside the hair washing unit 10 nor under the hair washing seat 20 but inside the cabinet 40 placed on the back surface of the hair washing apparatus, which results in that there is no obstacle around a foot place of the hair washing apparatus. Therefore, it is possible to provide a hydraulic moving up and down type hair washing apparatus which is preferable to a beauty salon in the design.

[0028] Further, according to the hair washing apparatus of the first embodiment, the respective cylinder hydraulic pipes 34 and 35, and the water supply pipe 11 are arranged under the floor, pipe arrangement can not been seen, thereby to obtain an effect of fine external appearance.

Claims

1. A hydraulic moving up and down type hair washing apparatus comprises a hair washing unit having a hair washing basin, at which hair washing processing is performed by a person who performs washing processing, and a hair washing seat connected to the hair washing unit, on which a person who receives a hair washing processing is seated, and moves up and down the respective hair washing basin and the hair washing seat by a drive hydraulic unit, wherein

the drive hydraulic unit is provided at the outside of the hair washing apparatus body.

2. The hair washing apparatus of claim 1 wherein,

the drive hydraulic unit is arranged under the floor, in the vicinity of a position, at which the hair washing apparatus body is placed, or contained in a cabinet which is placed on a floor face which is away from the hair washing apparatus body, and

pipe arrangement between the hair washing apparatus body and the drive hydraulic unit is contained under the floor.
