Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention is related to a filling-type simple gas oven structure in which multiple gas reservoirs are continuously arranged in the oven body and communicate with each other via gas ways. The total capacity of the oven body for reserving the gas is increased so that the combustion time is prolonged. The gas-filling device of the oven body provides double checking effect and prevents the gas from leaking out of the oven body so as to ensure security.

[0002] FIG. 10 shows a conventional simple single-port gas oven. An annular gas reservoir 90 is formed in the oven body 9. A filling pipe 92 of the gas can 91 can be inserted into a filling gate 93 to connect with a gas-filling device 94 disposed on the bottom of the oven body 9 to fill the gas into the gas reservoir 90. When cooking foods, a rotary switch is used to adjust the amount of the supplied gas. An ignition button is pressed to ignite the gas to cook the foods. Such simple gas oven can be easily carried and operated and thus is popularly used.

[0003] However, it is found by the applicant that after the single annular gas reservoir is filled up with the gas, the longest heating time under maximum continuous combustion of such gas oven is only about 20 minutes. The longest heating time under minimum continuous combustion of such gas oven is only about 30 minutes. Therefore, it is necessary to frequently fill gas into the oven. Moreover, in the conventional gas oven structure, the gas-filling device 94 only has single leakproof washer and a cooperative valve block which serve as a check mechanism for preventing the gas from leaking out. However, the filling pipe 92 of the gas can 91 is frequently inserted and extracted so that such check mechanism can hardly durably provide checking effect so that the gas tends to leak out. Accordingly, the conventional oven body 9 has insufficient capacity and thus it is necessary to frequently insert and extract the filling pipe 92 of the gas can 91. This makes the check mechanism very likely to damage.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a filling-type simple gas oven structure in which multiple gas reservoirs are continuously arranged in the oven body and communicate with each other via gas ways. The total capacity of the oven body for reserving the gas is increased so that the combustion time is prolonged. The gas-filling device of the oven body provides double checking effect and prevents the gas from leaking out of the oven body so as to ensure security.

In addition, the inner side of the inner threaded bush 61 is formed with contacting head through hole 6E and guiding tunnel 6F. The outermost end is formed with an inner insertion hole 6H. A hollow leakproof valve block 6G is received in the receiving cavity 6D to form the inner insertion hole 6H. The first outer thread 6B is screwed with the inner thread 67 of the outer threaded bush 60 so as to integrally connect the outer and inner threaded bushes 60, 61. The second outer thread 6C is screwed with the filling gates 51, 39 to connect the inner threaded bush 61 with the lower oven body 5 (upper oven body 3). A contacting head 61 extends from top end of the second check member 62. The contacting head 61 is sequentially passed through the contacting head through hole 6E, inner insertion hole 6H and outer insertion hole 69 to contact with a filling pin 92 of a gas can 91. The second check member 62 is formed with a second insertion groove 6J in which the second check valve 6K is inlaid. A second spring 61 is fitted around the bottom of the second check member 62. The second check member 62 is formed with an internal gas way H. The outer end of the main collar 63 is formed with upper and lower threads 6M, 6N. The upper thread 6M is screwed with the inner thread 6A of the inner threaded bush 61 to connect the main collar 63 with the inner threaded bush 61. The top section of the first check member 65 is mounted into the neck opening 6Q of the main collar 63 and formed with a first insertion groove 6W. A first check valve 6X is inlaid in the first insertion groove 6W. A first spring 6Y is fitted on the bottom of the first check member 65. The cap 66 is formed with inner thread 6Z for screwing with the lower thread 6N of the main collar 63.

[0023] After assembled, referring to FIG. 1, a user first turns the switch 53 to permit the gas to get into the oven seat 2. The strength of the fire can be selected. At this time, the press button 33 is pressed to control the ignition device 31 to ignite the gas. The ceramic board 20 on the top face of the oven seat 2 is burned red to generate infrared ray for heating the pan or tray rested on the supporting legs 11 and cooking the foods placed in the pan or tray.

[0024] The present invention is characterized in that the oven body composed of the upper and lower oven bodies 3, 5 are formed with multiple continuously arranged gas reservoirs 32, 52. Without enlarging the volume of the oven, the interior of the oven body is designed with optimal capacity and partitioned into multiple gas reservoirs. Accordingly, the gas can be stably output so as to save gas. Moreover, the unstability of the gas contained in the oven caused by swinging can be avoided. Therefore, a best combustion efficiency is achieved and the heating time can be prolonged for over sixty minutes. This is proved by an actual test.

[0025] Furthermore, referring to FIGS. 7 to 9, after the filling device 6 is mounted at the filling gates 39, 51, a user can first pass the filling pin 92 of a gas can 91 through the outer insertion hole 69 of the outer threaded bush 60 and then inserts the filling pin 92 into the inner insertion hole 6H of the leakproof valve block 6G. At this time, the filling pin 92 is fitted with the contacting head 6I to press and retract the second check member 62 in the movement room 6P. At this time, the second check valve 6K no more blocks the guiding tunnel 6F and the high pressure gas in the gas can 91 can pass through the internal gas way H of the second check member 62 into the movement room 6P. Then, the gas further presses and retracts the first check valve 6X of the first check member 65, making the gas further pass through the inner outlet 6R of the main collar 63 and the outer outlet 6S of the outlet guiding ring 64 into the gas conduit 6U. Through the vents 6T of the gas conduit 6U, the gas can be sent to every gas reservoirs 32, 52 and stored therein. The amount of the stored gas can be seen from the meter 22.

[0026] The present invention has the following advantages:

[0027] 1. The prolonged combustion time. The upper and lower oven bodies 3, 5 are formed with multiple continuously arranged gas reservoirs 32, 52 so that the total capacity of the oven body for the gas is greatly increased. As a result, the combustion time is prolonged.

[0028] 2. Higher security. The first check valve 6X of the first check member 65 and the second check valve 6X of the second check member 62 cooperate with each other to provide double checking effect and prevent the gas from leaking out.

[0029] The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many modifications of the above embodiments can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
