[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention is related to an improved folding chair, and more particularly, to an improvement of attachment mechanisms between seat frame and support leg of said folding chair.
[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art
[0004] A folding chair comprising seat frame, forelegs and rear legs, said seat frame rivets bond with said foreleg and rear leg into a pivot link. For improved the strength of link, people always add the diameter of the rivet, it improved the strength of link certainly, but the diameter of aperture of the opposite seat frame and leg of chair should be added too, that decrease the strength of other portion of the link. However, when the diameter of the rivet is reduced, the strength of seat frame and leg of chair is fulfilled; the strength of the rivet is weakened.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION[0005] The invention is to provide a folding chair, which comprising seat frame, forelegs, rear legs and links. Said seat frame, foreleg, rear leg and link make up of a folding four-connection-rod configuration. Said foreleg connects to seat frame by a reinforced portion.
[0006] Referring to FIG. 2, said reinforced portion is flaky, one side of the reinforced portion being attached to the profile of said seat frame.
[0007] Referring to FIG. 3, said reinforced portion may be angular, one side of the reinforced portion being attached to the profile of said seat frame.
[0008] Said reinforced portion of the invention is not defined as the shape as mentioned, it may be comprised of any shapes and structures which can strengthen the connection of seat frame and foreleg. The invention achieves the purpose of strengthen connection of the folding chair only by add a reinforced portion in present structure. Said structure of the folding chair is simply but utility.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS[0016] The preferred embodiment 1: Referring to FIG. 4, the foreleg 2 rivets bond with the link 4 into a pivot link by rivet 2.1; said foreleg 2 rivets bond with the reinforced portion 5 into a pivot link by rivet 1.2; the seat frame 1 joints said reinforced portion 5 together by rivets 1.1 and 1.3; said seat frame 1 rivets bond with the rear leg 3 into a pivot link by rivet 4.3; said rear leg 3 rivets bond with said link 4 into a pivot link by rivet 4.2. Thereby, said structures make up of a folding four-connection-rod configuration. Wherein the recess 4.1 being mounted on the top end of rear leg 3, when the folding chair is extended, the foreleg 2 is in contact with said recess 4.1 and being limited by said recess 4.1.
[0017] The preferred embodiment 2: Referring to FIG. 5, the foreleg 2 rivets bond with the reinforced portion 5 into a pivot link by rivet 1.2; the seat frame 1 joints to said reinforced portion 5 together by rivets 1.1 and 1.2; the link 4 rivets bond with the seat frame 1 into a pivot link by rivet 1.3; the rear leg 3 joints the link hinge 6 together by the self-threading screw 6.1; said foreleg 2 rivets bond with said link hinge 6 into a pivot link by rivet 2.1. Thereby, said structures make up of a folding four-connection-rod configuration. Wherein the rivet 4.3 being mounted in said seat frame 1, when the folding chair is extended, said foreleg 2 is limited by said rivet 4.3.
[0018] The preferred embodiment 3: Referring to FIG. 6, the link hinge 6 joints the guide lever 3.2 together by the self-threading screw 6.1; said guide lever 3.2 can slide up and down in the rider 3.1 which being mounted on the rear leg 3; the link 4 being welt on said rear leg 3; said link 4 rivets bond with the seat frame 1 into a pivot link by rivet 1.3; the reinforced portion 5 rivets bond with foreleg 1 into a pivot link by rivet 1.2; said seat frame 1 joints said reinforced portion 5 together by rivets 1.1 and 1.2; the foreleg 2 rivets bond with said link hinge 6 into a pivot link by rivet 2.1. Thereby, said structures make up of a folding crank rocker framework. The folding chair is extended for use when said link hinge 6 joins up with said rider 3.1.
