Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1) Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a Christmas tree structure, more particularly to a pre-assembled tree with a plurality of branches out of an artificial Christmas tree, through an upper male protrusion of a main trunk connected to the a bottom rigid arm connector of the main trunk, to form a shape of the Christmas tree by connecting several main trunks together. Due to the main trunk does not have a height limit, the user can make his or her decision for the number of layers connected, by hanging all kinds of ornaments and tinseling all kinds of ribbons, silk ribbons, ornamental fabrics in the space near the pivotal end of the branch, plus all kind of ornaments. It can construct and decorate the Christmas tree rapidly without worrying its branches being taking off or tearing off in the process of decorating the tree; the ornaments being hanging in do not let the branches go down so that it can keep the shape of the Christmas tree being complete, magnificent, and strong.

[0003] 2) Description of the Prior Art

[0004] In term of the Christmas tree, the main trunk is the most basic and important part of it; at the present, the ones used most traditionally are, first, the real trees, second, the plastic Christmas trees (as shown on FIG. 1), in which they are to classify the layers of the branches by size and connect to the trunks one by one in order to construct the main trunk. However, these kinds of the real trees or the artificial trees bring lots of troubles and time-consuming in the process of decoration, as the reasons are listed below:

[0005] 1. Used the real tree as the main trunk of the Christmas tree for decoration, it ruins the growth of the main trunk because of chopping down the tree and influencing the ecology.

[0006] 2. The branches of the real tree are fragile, which are very easy to be broken off, if being careless, in the process of decoration; or, when the hanging ornaments are way too heavy, the branches go down, which shortens the lifetime of the real tree.

[0007] 3. The real tree is unmovable, but it only can be decorated at the same spot. If the tree real needs to be moved, it needs to be chopped down by ruining the environmental ecology, causing the loss of the underground dirt and water, bringing a larger green house effect, and creating the change of the earthly environment eventually.

[0008] 4. Prior to the assembly, the layers of the branches for the artificial tree needs to be classified by size, assigned numbers for different layers, and connect one layer to another into a through-orifice of the trunk. While the hanging ornaments are way too heavy and the branches are easy to be taken off, it is not very ideal.

[0009] 5. The artificial tree made by plastic is way too light; once there is a wind blowing or a power from outside, it falls down easily.

[0010] 6. For every usage, the branch of the plastic tree needs to be assembled by the numbered layers, and then the decoration can be preceded. According to the numbers assigned for the layers, they are wrapped and stored by the sizes of the branches after each usage. It is a time-consuming assembly beforehand the display and an effort consuming afterwards. While requiring both the time and the efficiency nowadays, it is worthwhile for making an improvement. In the frequent process of assembly and storage, it is easy to damage the trunk, the branches, and the leaves.

[0011] 7. As the real tree, the plastic Christmas tree cannot have exceeding ornaments in numbers and weight, which lets the branches being broken off and bent, and deformed of the main trunk.

[0012] The present inventor has been engaging in designing, manufacturing, researching, developing, and promoting this kind of product with lots of experiences for many years, as he strives to study, improve, and invent actively the present invention and eventually succeeds.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0013] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide pre-assembled and complete branches with a main trunk, along with an upper male protrusion and a bottom rigid arm connector; it is to connect the upper male protrusion with the bottom rigid arm connector in order to form the shape of a Christmas tree by connecting several trunks together.

[0014] The secondary objective of the present invention is to have the upper male protrusion of the main trunk connect to the bottom rigid arm connector of the main trunk in order to construct the main trunk of a strong Christmas tree rapidly.
