[0013] The present invention will become better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given only by way of illustration and thus are not limitative of the present invention, wherein;

[0014] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a packing vessel having a dual containing function according to the present invention;

[0015] FIG. 2 is a disassembled perspective view illustrating a packing vessel having a dual containing function according to the present invention;

[0016] FIG. 3 is a vertical cross-sectional view illustrating a packing vessel having a dual containing function according to the present invention; and

[0017] FIG. 4 is a vertical cross-sectional view illustrating a packed state of a packing vessel having a dual containing function according to the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0018] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a packing vessel having a dual containing function according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a disassembled perspective view illustrating a packing vessel having a dual containing function according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a vertical cross-sectional view illustrating a packing vessel having a dual containing function according to the present invention.

[0019] As shown in FIG. 1, a straw is inserted into a straw insertion portion 3 of a separation plate 2 inserted into the interior of a vessel body 1. A straw storing portion 8 is attached on an outer surface of the vessel body 2.

[0020] FIG. 2 is a disassembled perspective view illustrating each element. As shown therein, a beverage is contained in the vessel body 1, and a separation plate 2 is inserted into the vessel body 1 in a lower direction. In order to divide the interior of the vessel body 1 into an upper space and a lower space based on an insertion of the separation plate 2, the vessel body 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape in which an upper diameter is larger than a lower diameter. The separation plate 2 is tightly inserted for thereby forming an upper space and a lower space, and a straw is inserted into the straw support portion 4 through the straw insertion portion 3. Thereafter, a certain snack is inserted into the upper space. Therefore, it is possible to concurrently contain both beverage and snack into the upper and lower space, respectively.

[0021] FIG. 3 is a vertical cross-sectional view illustrating the vessel according to the present invention. As shown therein, the straw insertion portion 3 positioned in the center of the separation plate 2 forms a straw support potion 4 which is protruded in the upward direction from the separation surface 5 which separates the upper and lower spaces of the vessel for thereby containing a snack into the upper space. Therefore, it is possible to easily insert the straw. Namely, the straw insertion portion 3 stably supports the straw in the center portion of the snack for thereby implementing an easier use of the straw. In addition, a close contact surface 6 is formed from the separation surface 5 to the lower portion along the circumference and is extended vertically. Therefore, when the inner surface of the vessel body 1 is closely contacted with the close contact surface 6, the attached area is increased, and a fixing force is increased. Therefore, when a user does a certain activity in the outdoor, it is possible to prevent the beverage stored in the lower space from being flown over the space, so that the snack stored in the upper space is wet.

[0022] FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view illustrating a state that an upper opening surface of the vessel body 1 is covered by a lid for sealing the body, and a straw is inserted into the straw storing portion 7 of the straw storing member 8 attached on an outer surface of the vessel body 1 when packing the stuff stored in the vessel without directly drinking or eating the stuff stored in the vessel. When the beverage is drunk later, it is possible to conveniently use the straw without searching the straw like in the conventional art. The lower portion of the straw storing member 8 is attached to a certain portion of an outer surface of the vessel body 1. The upper portion of the same is bent. The upper surface contacts with an outer surface of the vessel body at usual time. When fixing the straw to the straw storing member 8, the upper surface is bent, and the straw is inserted into the straw storing portion 7.

[0023] As described above, the detailed embodiments of the packing vessel having a dual containing function according to the present invention is implemented. The technical ranges of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. In the present invention, the upper area of the vessel body 1 is larger than the lower area, so that the insertion of the separation plate 2 is limited when inserting the separation plate 2, and the separation plate 2 contacts with the vessel body 1. The vessel body 1 and the separation plate 2 are formed in a circular shape so that the separation plate 2 closely contacts with the center portion in the longitudinal direction based on the cylindrical vessel body 1. The above-described construction is not limited thereto. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the separation plate 2 is determined based on the shape of the vessel body 1 which may have a square and other shape. In addition, the closely contact position may be difference based on the capacity of the beverage or snack. The position of the straw insertion portion 3 which is at the center of the separation plate 2 and the height of the straw support portion 4 may be changed. In addition, the vessel body 1 is a disposal type paper cup, and the separation plate 2 is formed of a plastic material. The materials of the vessel body 1 and the separation plate 2 are not limited thereto. The vessel body 1 may be formed of a transparent material for thereby seeing the stuff of the same. Namely, various modifications may be possible without changing the scope of the present invention.

[0024] As described above, the packing vessel having a dual containing function according to the present invention is capable of containing both beverage and snack by inserting and fixing the separation plate into the interior of the same. Therefore, in a view of customer, the user is capable of holding the vessel contained with a beverage and snack using one hand and drinking or eating one of the beverage and snack using the other hand. In addition, the user is conveniently drinking or eating the beverage or snack while the user is being moved to a certain place for thereby enhancing a convenience and activity and decreasing time consumption. In a view of product provider, an additional vessel is not needed. It is possible to contain two stuffs using one vessel, so that it is possible to provide a vessel to the user based on a lower cost and simple storing and management method. In addition, in order to drink a beverage stored in the lower space, a straw is needed. Therefore, a straw storing member is formed in an outer surface of the body vessel for thereby maximizing the user's convenience.

[0025] As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described embodiments are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
