Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1) Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a candle or light holder with a rotary ornament, more particularly to a candle or light holder with a specially ingeniously designed external portion and a hollowed interior portion; the present invention is featured that when the hot air from a heat generating source thrusts upwardly, it pushes a set of rotary blades following the leading of a guide current frame and drives a plurality of decorative pieces to rotate along.

[0003] 2) Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Accordingly, in order to create special ambience through a soft light, most of the conventional candlesticks or small nightlights usually have cute and pleasant external styles, additional calved holes or tinted glass for decoration. Although the delicate style of the candlestick and the nightlight is enjoyable to look, the static structure thereof is not vivid enough and the freshness thereof becomes less as time goes on. Therefore, some of the industrials developed dynamic luminous bodies to generally equip with a powered marquee structure, such as a battery, a motor, an electric cord and a wire seat; the product ends with more parts, requires more labor time for processing and wastes energy resources. Those are the shortcomings of the small nightlight. In addition, the candlestick, although cherishing the ancient memory, usually lacks innovation but has only static and monotonous design. That is another shortcoming of the conventional structure.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] Therefore, the primary objective of the present invention is to design a candle or light holder with a rotary ornament by utilizing the upward phenomenon of soaring hot air generated by a heat generating source, guiding the hot air through a specially styled guide current frame to upwardly push a set of rotary blades hung with light decorative pieces thereon; the present invention is featured that the rotary blades drive the decorative pieces to rotate and swing thereby creating a dynamical and visually beautiful scene in cooperation with the entire style worthy to view.

[0006] Another objective of the present invention is to design the guide current frame as a hollow body with the inner lateral sides disposed with calved tube bodies at a certain taper degree to not only cause the hot air current to soar upwardly and the fresh air to generate convention, but also to have different styles, such as doll figures, to make the entire candle of light holder more graceful and original.

[0007] To enable a further understanding of the structural features and the technical contents of the present invention, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiment.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0008] FIG. 1 is an external view and structural drawing of the front plane of the present invention.

[0009] FIG. 2 is an external view and structural drawing of the rear side of the present invention.

[0010] FIG. 3 is a longitudinal and cross-sectional drawing the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0011] The present invention mainly utilizes the principle of using the convention of heat as the dynamic force to design a candle or light holder with a rotary ornament as well as a delicate and interesting structure. Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention mainly comprises a high foot stand (10) with a bearing plate (11) disposed at the upper aspect thereof; a fixed seat (12) is disposed on the bearing plate (11) for placing in a heat generating source (50), such as a candle or a light bulb.

[0012] A hollowed guide current frame (20) with calved holes is disposed on the peripheral side of the bearing plate (11); most parts of the guide current frame (20) have tube body structures and the external shape thereof is variable. The present invention uses an angelic fairy figure in the exemplary embodiment. The peripheral plane on the inner side of the guide current frame (20) is at a certain taper degree thereby allowing the upward hot air emitted from the heat generating source (50) to gradually gather and thrust outwardly.

[0013] A supporting rod (30) is fixedly disposed on the outer side of the guide current frame (20); a proper position on the rod body bends toward the central outlet area of the guide current frame (20).

[0014] A set of rotary blades (31) similar to a windmill structure is pivotally disposed on the top end of the supporting rod (30); a plurality of decorative pieces (40) suspend at the end portions of the rotary blades (31).

[0015] When the heat generating source (50) on the fixed seat (12) starts to release the heat source, the hot air current soars and thrusts upwardly along the peripheral plane on the inner side of the guide current frame (20) to push the rotary blades (31) to rotate and drive the decorative pieces (40) to swing accordingly in a dynamic and beautiful way.

[0016] Furthermore, the abovementioned hollowed guide current frame (20) can be designed into different external styles; the exemplary embodiment of the present invention uses an angelic fairy figure and the base (10) serves as its foot portion; the rotary blades (31) and the supporting rod (30) serve as an umbrella body to make the entire style harmonious, original, especially pleasant, gorgeous and interesting.

[0017] The present invention is specially elaborated to not only have beautiful and variable visual effect in application, but also eliminate the disposition of other dynamic equipment to particularly save resources. That is the primary advantage of the present invention.

[0018] The inventor of the invention has designed the present invention to be beautiful, have the energy saving effect, interesting ideas and exquisite innovation.

[0019] It is of course to be understood that the embodiment described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
