  • Patent number: 11595232
Abstract: A fabric for container virtual machines (CM) has cross fabric spine switches coupled to spine switches, each spine switch coupled to has a leaf switches, each leaf switch coupled to servers hosting CVM processes. Each of the leaf switches has an uplink port coupled to a spine switch leaf port configured in a mesh. The spine switches have a plurality of uplink ports for coupling to a plurality of cross fabric spine (CFS) ports into a mesh. The cross fabric spine switches keep a CF-NHCIB table of entries containing capabilities, and also a CF-FIB slice table which maintains entries for assignment of CVMs to new spine switches, such as GTID range, MAC Range, IP range associated with a spine port and spine address (MAC and/or IP) for transferring packets through the fabric.

  • Patent number: 11543799
Abstract: A control system for evaluating residual operating life of a machine component of a machine tool includes a sensor and a control system. The sensor is disposed on the machine tool and is configured to sense movement of the machine component. The control device is configured to calculate a length of time based on a sense signal received from the sensor and sampled at a time point right after the machine component is freshly oiled, and to enable output of an alarm when determining that the length of time thus calculated is smaller than a predetermined length.

  • Patent number: 11361140
Abstract: Automated routing of signal nets for interposer designs. Signal nets are defined by their endpoints (bumps). The nets and their corresponding bumps are assigned to bump groups, based on the relative locations of the bumps and also based on length-matching constraints for the nets. Some of the bump groups may be “clones,” where the routing for one bump group may also be applied to its clone. In order for two bump groups to be clones, the bumps in the two bump groups must have a same relative position (i.e., same bump pattern), and the nets in the two bump groups must be subject to the same length-matching constraint. The routing through the interposer for one of the clones is determined, and that routing is then replicated for the other clones.

  • Patent number: 11070471
Abstract: A switch fabric has a plurality of leaf switches, each leaf switch having a local tenant identifier (LTID) table, a local forwarding information base (LFIB) table, and a forwarding engine coupled to the LTID table and LFIB table. Each leaf switch has downlink ports operative on VLAN packets such as those generated by Container/Virtual machines (CVM), each leaf switch also having a reconfigurable uplink port for transmission and reception of VxLAN packets formed from VLAN packets which have a destination address which is not local to a particular leaf switch. The uplink ports are coupled to the leaf ports of one or more spine switches, each spine switch having a Global Forward Information Base (GFIB) table slice coupled to a VxLAN forwarder which receives VxLAN packets, de-encapsulates them and uses the GFIB table slice to form new VxLAN packets transmitted to a different leaf port.
