The present invention provides a grind method of diamond grinding wheel finisher, is to set the axis of diamond grinding wheel and the axis of grinding wheel to be finished cross axially each other form an appropriate degree, make the radial circle face of the grinding wheel against closely to the axial finishing face of the diamond grinding wheel, and the diamond grinding wheel and the grinding wheel to be finished turn to the same direction, when diamond grinding wheel and the grinding wheel to be finished turn together, the diamond grinding wheel can finishing the radial face of grinding wheel to be finished that against closely to the axial finishing face of the diamond grinding wheel roundly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention provides a grind method of diamond grinding wheel finisher, especially refers to a cross latitude grind method of diamond grinding wheel and grinding wheel to be finished, the method has the high industry value.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The traditional grind of grinding wheel, shown as FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, is set the axis 11′ of diamond grinding wheel 10′ parallel to the axis 21′ of grinding wheel to be finished 20′. The circle of wheel 10′, 20′ against each other and said two wheels turn to the contrary directions. To make the said grinding wheel 10′ against closely to grinding wheel to be finishing roundly, commonly, the height T1 of said diamond grinding wheel 10′ is larger then the height T2 of grinding wheel 20′. But, the height T2 of grinding wheel to be finished 20′ is uncertain, operator can prepare many diamond grinding wheels 10′ with diverse heights T1′, but that's not accord with the economic benefit, so the operator always finish grinding wheel to be finished 20′ with height T2 with diamond grinding wheel 10′ with smaller height T1′, as shown in FIG. 6. The operator must move the diamond grinding wheel 10′ along the axial direction to make the diamond grinding wheel 10′ against closely to the face of grinding wheel to be finished 20′ when finish grinding wheel 20′ with larger height T2′ with diamond wheel grinding 10′ with smaller height T1. This operate method has the following drawbacks:

[0003] 1. The operator must control the axial movement of diamond grinding wheel 10′, otherwise, corrugation will appearance on the circle face of grinding wheel to be finished.

[0004] 2. With regard to grinding wheel to be finished with two deferent rigidity 30′, the method of move the diamond grinding wheel along axial direction is improper. As shown in FIG. 7, the grinding wheel to be finished with two deferent rigidities 30′ is: middle layer 32′ with higher rigidity are hold axially by two side layers 33′ with lower rigidity , the axis 11′ of grinding wheel 10′ and axis 31′ of grinding wheel to be finished with two deferent rigidities 30′ are parallel. When diamond grinding wheel 10′ are moved along the faces of middle layer 32′, side layers 33′ with diverse height, the side layers 33′ will be over-finished easily result in corrugation appearance on the circle face of grinding wheel to be finished 30′.

TECHNIQUE OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The originator of the present invention invent the present invention by many times design, discovery and by making multitude experiment samples and improver overcoming the well-known method, and invent at last a grinding method of grinding wheel finisher, especially refers to a cross latitude grind method of diamond grinding wheel and grinding wheel to be finished.

THE OBJECT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

THE EMBODIMENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

Of course, the different of the other parts of the present invention, or the arrangement of the parts is permitted. [0009] Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the present invention provides a grinding method of diamond grinding wheel finisher, that is to make the axes 11,12 of the diamond grinding wheel 10 and the grinding wheel to be finished 20 cross axially each other form a appropriate degree, it's 90 degreed as shown in FIGS; is to make the radial circle face 22 of the grinding wheel 20 against closely to the axial finishing face 12 of the diamond grinding wheel 10. The diamond grinding wheel 10 and the grinding wheel to be finished 20 turn to the same direction. When diamond grinding wheel 10 and the grinding wheel to be finished 20 turn together, the diamond grinding wheel 10 can finishing the radial face 22 of grinding wheel to be finished 20 against closely to the axial finishing face 12 of the diamond grinding wheel 10 roundly.

1. A grinding method of diamond grinding wheel finisher, is set axis of diamond grinding wheel and axis of grinding wheel to be finished cross axially each other form a appropriate degree to make radial face of the circle of grinding wheel to be finished against closely to the axial finishing face of diamond grinding wheel, and the diamond grinding wheel and grinding wheel to be finished turn to the same direction, when diamond grinding wheel, grinding wheel to be finished turn together, diamond grinding wheel can finish radial face of grinding wheel against closely to axial finishing face of diamond grinding wheel roundly;

2. The grinding method of diamond grinding wheel finisher according to claim 1, wherein, the degree that formed form cross axially each other of the axis of diamond grinding wheel and the axis of grinding wheel to be finished is 90 degree.
