Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a secondary vulcanized structure of a rubber product graph, and more specifically to a good attachment means for graph or color of a rubber piece attached to a rubber main body.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] There are many kinds of products being made of rubber material. The normal sporting shoes base is made of rubber material with high frictional coefficient. In order to label the trademark of a manufacture factory, the trademark is positioned in some appropriate places of the sporting shoes. In addition, a trademark with color graph could also be added and positioned in the base of shoes to emphasize the additional value of the shoes.

[0003] The traditional method for painting graph on the base of shoes is to make a rough process on the rubber material of shoes big base (main body) or to carry out an ultra violet radiation to shoes big base after a time period of chemical solution immersion to the shoes. Then a layer of paint plastic contained with hardening agent is adhered to the surface of shoes big base. When the paint plastic is dry, the painted graphs and base colors are sequentially printed on the surface. Finally, a front cover plastic is then painted on the previous graph or base colors to accomplish the products.

[0004] The aforementioned traditional shoes big base structure with hardening agent in the paint plastic will be stripped off or become faded yellow after a period of time. The adhesion between the oil paint and the rubber product also becomes poor and easily stripped off after a long period of time. Of course, besides the shoes, other rubber products have the same problems.

[0005] It is the purpose of this invention to provide a method to improve the easily stripped off phenomena of the traditional rubber product graph.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] A secondary vulcanized structure of a rubber product graph is proposed in this invention. It uses rubber material to carry out a vulcanization process on the rubber material such that the trade mark graphs or colors are adhered to the rubber piece, then the rubber piece and the rubber main body is compressed and proceeded a secondary vulcanization process to attain a good adhesion.

[0007] Another purpose of this invention is to provide a rubber product graph secondary composition structure, wherein the face of the rubber piece with color or graph on it can be firmly attached to the top of the rubber main body and this structure can prevent the graph or color from contacting with the ground or other subject.

[0008] Another further purpose of this invention is to provide a rubber product graph secondary composition structure in which the face of the rubber piece with graph or color on it can be firmly attached to the bottom of the rubber main body.

[0009] According to the purposes mentioned above, the present invention provides a secondary vulcanization composition structure of a rubber product graph. First, a rubber pieces with graph or color is first patterned and vulcanized by heating process, then the rubber piece is positioned in a mold, a transparent or opaque raw rubber material is then filled in the mold and after a compress and secondary vulcanization process, the patterned rubber main body is adhered to the rubber piece. The rubber piece is then firmly attached to the top or bottom of the transparent rubber main body. In another way, the rubber piece could also be adhered to the bottom of the opaque rubber main body.

[0016] FIG. 6 depicts a diagram showing the protrude portion being polished to plane and expose the upper rubber piece and finally constructing a twin colored rubber piece of this invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0017] This invention provides a composition structure, wherein the structure of a base of shoes is the embodiment of this invention. The structure comprises a rubber piece 1 and a big base 3 (rubber main body), wherein the rubber piece 1 is made of raw rubber material and shaped in piece. One face of the rubber piece 1 is patterned with a graph 11 on it. The graph 11 can be a trademark or any other decorating art graph, wherein the graph 11 is oil painted with rubber material on the surface of the rubber piece 1. Furthermore, additional colors can be added to the oil paint of the rubber material to express the more vigorous color vision effect of the graph. After the rubber piece 1 has been first vulcanized and patterned as a predetermined shaped graph 11, the color material can be adhered to the rubber piece in good condition. Generally, when the oil paint is painted on the surface of the raw rubber piece and carry out a compressed and vulcanized process, during the process the painted graph will be distorted then becoming an ambiguous and fluid flowing phenomena. So it is necessary to make a thin frame of rough sketch of the graph 11 in the mold to constrain the fluid like graph from moving around and to express the stereo embossment vision effect of the paint product.

[0018] Another embodiment of the present invention is to use two or more than two layers of different colors rubber layers stacked together and put them into a mold and squeeze out a protruding trademark or art graphs. FIG. 5 shows anther embodiment of this invention, it comprises an up level rubber piece 12 and down level rubber piece 13 stacked together as an one entity rubber piece. At this moment, the down level rubber piece 13 is mono-color, then the protruding portion 131 is polished to become flat and expose the color of the up level rubber piece 12 and thus constructing a twin color rubber piece (FIG. 6).

[0019] The vulcanization process mentioned above is to mix the raw rubber and the vulcanization agent by heating process to become a cooked rubber. After the rubber piece 1 has been vulcanized and patterned, as shown in FIG. 2, it is then sent into the cave 210 of the down mold 21 of the shaping mold 2. Then a predetermined and patterned big base raw rubber material is placed upon the rubber piece 1, after a while, the up mold 22 and the down mold 21 are closed and being vulcanized (the second vulcanization) by heating process. The big base shaped raw rubber is then vulcanized and patterned into a big base 3 and it will adhere to the rubber piece 1 as a one entity and to be assembled as the shoes base. (FIG. 4). During the squeeze and compress process, the undesired rubber material will be squeezed out from channel 20 of the fillister 221, 211 of the up mold 22 and the down mold 21 (FIG. 3).

[0020] The material used for big base 3 can be transparent or opaque rubber material. When adopting the transparent material, the rubber piece 1 is adhered to the top of the big base 3 (FIG. 4), under this design, the face of the rubber piece with graph 1 is then in contact with the top of the big base 3, then after a vulcanization process, the color and graph is enclosed in the interior of the shoes base and thus avoiding direct contact loss with the ground. On the other hand, the aforementioned rubber piece 1 can be made with a smaller space and use the same adhesion method to the bottom of big base 3. When the rubber piece 1 is attached to the bottom of the big base 3, the graph of rubber piece 1 must face downward so that it can be easily seen. When the big base 3 adopts opaque material, the rubber piece 1 should not adhere to the top of big base 3, but it should adhere to the bottom of the big base 3.

[0021] Besides of the aforementioned step, the present invention can also adopt rubber material with doped paint to carry out a vulcanized process and produce a trademark or a desired stereo graph. Then it is put into a predetermined mold of rubber main body. Then mold is filled with raw rubber and then a secondary vulcanization process is carried out to turn the raw rubber material into cooked rubber so that the patterned rubber main body and the rubber stereo graph become as an entity.

[0022] While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been illustrated and described, it will be appreciated that various changes can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
